Really great place for family holidays. Enjoyed our time a lot.
Great views, swimming pool, lots of activities (horse riding in the hills was wow), both for adults and kids. I will definitely come back.
Improvements:
- service in the restaurant is very variable, we had a some of the best service I have experienced in Kz at lunch (a gentleman named Nursultan) but in the evening it was really not as good. They are very slow at cooking meals even when not many people and they bring the dishes one by one.
- breakfast starts at 9.30am which mindblowing when you know it is just a buffet. It should start at 7am like any normal place.
- in the rooms a few things were broken.

Absolutely amazing place, especially nature-wise with fresh crisp air and stunning mountains. Had a lot of fun riding horses, and going for walks.
Sakskaya banya was a different and interesting experience. Two Banya attendants were very friendly and experienced, had lots of laughs and nice heartfelt conversations in between our “torture” :)
Food, would not really recommend, however all wait staff were friendly and fast.
Will definitely return! Four stars only because of the not so great experience with food there.

The resort is not for tourists ONLY LOCALS, No clean water available in the rooms, the water is brown saying it is the dirt from the mountains. The managers are nice but, we encountered two bad experiences at the only restaurant in the resort. They refused to serve us dinner saying the kitchen is closed then continue to take the order for a local family. Then the waitress called the manager, the manager translated something on the phone and threw the phone at the table and went away angry. The other one at the horse riding they knew that we are Arab, they didn’t let us go until we payed 10 000 tenges, when we told he we would told the manager, he let us go. If you are tourist, don’t go there. This is a place only for locals here.

Fresh fish was very delicious. Service quality was fast and perfect. Landscape was amazing, like paradise!
