Awesome place to relax. Clean, spacious rooms. Quite a high level of service. The price of the room includes 3 meals a day and access to the pool and saunas. Polite staff. There is a health staircase on the territory, climbing which you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the mountains. For an additional fee, there are horseback riding and SPA with massage. The place is suitable for families with children, there is a playroom. Room cleaning is only on request.

First time at the hotel. I liked everything - the hotel, the room is cozy, the food is delicious, the sauna, the hamam are hot, the pool is long and warm. The staff is friendly. The air around the mountains is clean. Everything you need for family access.

We had an offsite session at Befine. We are absolutely delighted with the complex: great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness, comfort, everything is brand new and modern, the design is very well thought out, the food is delicious. And most importantly - the customer focus of the staff. I would especially like to note the work of the administrator Batim👍 Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family with all food included. Standout was really the food and the salads were something we were really impressed with. Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out. Overall a great stay and would most likely stay with them again.

The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.
Really I have had a wonderful time and great experience in this resort. Great team work and respected staff 👏. Highly appreciated and recommended to stay and have another journey in the future.

The hotel is nice clean and tidy , and the stuff is frindly and they make every thing to be happy in the hotel with my family , and the food is delichios for breakfast ,lunch and dinner .. Thank you be fine for every thing ..
A great place to relax your soul and body😻😻😻 You can have a great time there, both with family and with friends/colleagues. Fabulous view from the room to the mountains in any weather, good spa, great pool. You can sing karaoke, play games, watch a good movie 🎞🎬🎥 Delicious cuisine, polite staff🥰 Cozy rooms with everything you need for your vacation❤️🔥
Not ready to receive guests. It is in the mountains, but outside the window is a construction site. Even staff are unfriendly to customers. However, it is new and clean and the food is delicious. Don't come expecting the natural environment. Too disappointed compared to other nearby hotels.
