Hotel nearby airport,its nice if you want to feel traditional hotel environment along with their traditional Russian attitude. We (family with 2 kids) stay 6 nights with and old breakfast style omellet or egg and tea with milk. Bring your camping stuff like bidet because there is no sprayer in toilet. All electricity socket is loose, its 2 socket hole not 3 socket. Its budget hotel so don't expect too much from them. We dont speak russian, we use google translate to communicate with them. Its 24 hours welcome.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious room. The breakfast was served and was very good. Staff is very friendly.

I found the host to be very friendly.

We communicated using Google translate on my phone and it was no issue.

Shocking behavior and disgraceful attitude. The receptionist was one of the worst people we have ever encountered cold, rude, and visibly annoyed from the moment we arrived. She ignored our questions and made us feel completely unwelcome. When we told the owner, she rudely dismissed us, saying, “This is old USSR, people are like this.” By far the worst hotel experience of our lives. Avoid this place at all costs.

Booked 2 Rooms for a group of 5 travelers transiting in Almaty airport calling directly to the hotel receptionist . The airport is around 8 minutes so it was a good option for us. Arrived at 2 AM and was told that they gave one of the rooms away. They tried to help by giving us an additional futon bed, and it was too late to change Hotels, so we decided to stay. Overall the worst customer experience of my life.
