Terrible service. As I was waiting for my husband to check in together a lady at the registry demanded I leave, because I didn't check in fast enough. I waited about 10-15 min in the lobby and she was extremely rude!!

Location is just three minutes walk from the airport. Rooms needs repairs and tidying up. Not worth the kzt 15k per night without breakfast.
They have now english speaking receptionist which is plus point.
Service is bad and internet is almost not working.

The rude receptionist did not want to answer questions such as what time can I check in, with the comment that she had to work and did not have time to answer. Then she hung up. I wonder what is her job if not to serve the customers and make the reservation?

Extremely high fares for service and accommodations provided. I would rather stay at the airport or get a more expensive room in the downtown(with much better quality) than paying this hotel(not worth calling it so).

The price and location is right for a long layover. They give you free breakfast after 0800. It's not 5 star but it's within walking distance from the airport. You can rent a room for a few hours, 12 or 24 hours.
