Sunny Day Resort in Kapchagay

What I didn't like was the dirty rooms. They only asked me 30 minutes after checking in if they'd clean the room. Second, there was no soap, so if you're traveling, bring your own. The room was stuffy. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. There are two pools, one for children and one for adults. It's best not to go with children, as they can swim in the pool until the early hours, with people screaming and swimming, and music playing from the adjacent area until 4 a.m., making it impossible to hear in the room. The pool is clean. They're reluctant to clean up dirty plates. We ate by the pool in the evening, and when we arrived in the morning, everything was still there. They didn't come over and clear the table during the day either. The price for the room isn't right. We stayed in regular rooms; there's another slightly larger room, but it was all occupied, so we don't know how it is.
