Reviews
Facilities: The lobby is beautiful, there's a restaurant, and the breakfast is quite good.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The surrounding buildings are all new and beautiful.
Service: Excellent service; they even provided snacks upon arrival.
The room was spacious, with a 1.8-meter king-size bed, which is quite rare in Kazakhstan. A family of four could easily sleep comfortably sideways.
I highly recommend the steakhouse next door called Roastbeef. For around 300 RMB per person, you can enjoy excellent quality steak!
