Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes

The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed in my hand as it got loose. At check-in I asked if I could have an early check-in, but I was told that check-in is only at 15:00

Not sure why this was not possible when there were free rooms from the previous night (I of course checked availability the evening before). I also asked for the possibility of late check-out

I was told I can keep the room until 14:00. The next morning this was down to 13:00. Not a big deal, but all these small things do add up so I am only giving you a solid 3 stars, not more!

The hotel needs some renovation, you could’ve found better options for a much smaller amount of money… The floors in the rooms should also be cleaned up and the were also an empty pack of body wash…

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates

We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor

The second floor faces the street, but it can be noisy at night. There's often a wedding in the adjacent party hall, which can be quite noisy. I requested a room change, but the hotel kept saying they had no rooms
