Hostels in Astana

Perfectly located to explore the sights. Pleasant and helpful staff throughout our stay. Capsule was clean, comfortable and well presented. Shared facilities were clean and maintained. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

I have enjoyed my stay in Caps lock hotel. perfect place for solo travelers. The privacy is 100%, you can close the capsule and sleep. they provide locked locker too. The issue only with A/C, it was not working and I couldn't sleep well + nothing inside the capsule work except the lights.

The design of this hotel is very unique, but the decoration is not careful, and it is a bit cramped in the capsule. It is a bit hot even with the air conditioning on. The toilets are clean and there are large public spaces. Overall, I am satisfied.

A great option to relax during a long layover. My friend and I were flying to Vietnam, saw this hotel and on the way back booked two capsules in advance. They responded to us very quickly and confirmed the time. I thank the administrator Zhazira for her professionalism and assistance on all issues. The capsule is excellent, the linen is snow-white, they give you a towel, you can take a shower. There...

Room is decently small. No air conditioning or ventilation however. I only stayed a few hours, I don’t think I could sleep a whole night without air circulation

Great experience, not sure i would repeat it, at least not at my age but everyone should try it at least once. The whole place was immaculate. We had a private room with washroom. It was clean but way to warm even with a fancy fan. The bad was comfortable enough. Not surprising, the was no storage space. Are 2 suitcases hardly fit under the bed.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel for a total of 4 days. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Rooms are clean, and importantly, bed sheets are white and smell so fresh as if new.

We unfortunately spend only a few hours in this place because our plans changed. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is well-maintained and conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, one aspect that did concern us was the lack of proper ventilation in the room. This can be particularly problematic during...

Very clean, comfortable mattress, enough space in the room with one bed, the kitchen has everything you need, spacious common areas, friendly girl at the reception. The only negative is that the room without a window is very stuffy.

This place is great bargain for the money.

Great place, very clean, inexpensive

The first hostel experience was very successful thanks to Sulu hostel. The hostel is well located, to many significant sights 15-20 minutes on foot, or 5-7 by taxi. It is not located on the road, because of this there is no noise and dust. Cozy kitchen interior and shower. Expensive sanitary ware and furniture at the level of expensive foreign hotels. The rooms only have a bed and shelves for linen...

"Living in a capsule is like being in first class on a space liner: quiet, comfortable, and no one snores (almost). Hostel 13/77 is space in the center of Astana!" I recommend it to everyone

We recently found ourselves at this hostel completely by chance—we were transiting through the city and missed our connecting flight, needing a place to stay overnight. We chose this hostel because of the good reviews and the affordable price, and frankly, we didn't expect it to be so cozy and pleasant. We were greeted very friendly—reception quickly filled out the paperwork, gave us directions for...

I was passing through Astana and really liked the hostel. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The receptionist was polite. I highly recommend it.

I was in Astana on a business trip, and the hostel was perfect. Everything was new and clean, the area was quiet, and everything I needed was nearby. The price was reasonable. I arrived, worked, relaxed, slept well, and then headed back to work. I highly recommend it!

Fresh and clean hotel/hostel. The showers had great water pressure, slippers were provided, and the storage lockers were large (no need to bring your own lock—my 40L backpack and daypack fit without any issues). The reception staff were friendly, although their English was quite limited. It wasn’t a major problem, but worth noting. I booked through Booking.com, and the only real issue was that they...

I stay at the Kapsula Hotel.Great location.Great atmosphere, very modern, cozy capsules (rooms), very clean bathrooms and showers, free tea and coffee, great service, very friendly and welcoming. A great sleepover if you are passing by. Fairly clean and nice. Very comfortable bed and helpful staff Amazing venue awesome stay Great staff , location and service. Cool place. Good location, in the very...

For such a price it’s a “premium” hotel and service)) I really enjoyed it. Very clean, calm place. Toilet, shower and living-room are public and very good(new/refurbished). I chose that place because I was arriving late (3 am) and needed some place to just sleep 5 hours(by 8 am). 24/7 - That place was perfect. Despite close locations of sleeping “capsules” I didn’t hear any snore ))). Bedsheets are...

Cheap shared accommodation, surprisingly comfy sleeping capsules, kitchen and other shared areas are kept mostly clean and tidy

tv hall is bit small. its capsules unwonted small

The hostel cosists, as the name says, of capsulas in the dormitory. The capsulas are sufficiently large and each of them has its own lockable stoarge and save. There is a small common area, including a kitchen. The hostel is kept in a modern design.

I enjoyed my time there. People whose work there are very friendly and helpful. The location Is 9 mins from the city centre. The price is very good compared to other places. Hope to visit them again in future.

Excellent place to stay in Astana.

In a strange but useful borough of Astana there is this very beatiful Hostel! The capsule accomodation was very clear and the service works very good!

Beautiful capsule hotel. There are also different styles of private rooms available. The staff that works here is Kazakh, so you get Kazakh hospitality. Laundry room and extra storage for guests to use. A full kitchen as well.

Small and friendly hostel with great staff and a relaxed family feel. Super clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this place if you're travelling through the city for a few days.

Very cool, everything is new and comfortable

Very comfortable and cozy. The administrator is just handsome.👍👍👍

I really liked the hostel. Everything is clean and most importantly comfortable. The food is also delicious and there is a lot of variety. Very polite staff. I give it 10/10

My mother is 86 years old and has serious memory problems, but she had to go for a visa. Mom wanted to see her grandchildren in America. They could not find an accompanying person. As a result, my mother decided to go alone. I found the Americana hostel, and in the end we were very pleased. The hosts are very responsible and friendly. Both flights were overnight, but they met my mother at the airport...

The rooms are clean, there are amenities both in the rooms and in the common corridors. There is a large kitchen-hall. The most valuable thing in this place is the hostess. Very responsible and responsive!

Hostel Americana, located behind the U.S. Embassy, is very affordable and comfortable. The dormitory room is spacious and clean, and the shower and toilet are conveniently located inside the room. The staff are very friendly and very nice. Be sure to use it when traveling to Astana.

Cozy hotel, everything is good, the only bad thing is that the bathroom and toilet are together. The people are friendly, everything is clean and tidy, there is internet, it is located in the center of the new city, next to the American embassy, there is a store nearby and a supermarket is not far away. Great hostel! Thank you!

Great hostel, comfy private rooms and great service from the front desk by Alexey, have visited twice over my travels and it's been consistently brilliant

Very good place yo stay. Close to central points. We stayed at the family room and it was nice. Yasmina helped us a lot, and other guys they were very friendly. Definitely recommend

Amazing hostel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good wifi. The staff are friendly and the hostel environment is super friendly. Also a couple of good restaurants and shops nearby and close to the bus line. 10/10 great hostel

I can say this is one of the best hostel in terms of facilities they have provided. Bed and bathroom was clean. They have free laundry which is really great. Fully functional kitchen where guests can cook. Location of the hostel is cherry on top. Beds were comfortable. Lockers were provided to keep valuables.

Alexei and his team are really hospitable, friendly & helpful throughout my stay in this Hostel for 4 nights in June 2024. They answered my typical tourist queries promptly and fast! They speak conversational english so it was easy to communicate too. Hostel is located within a housing complex and is in a safe neighbourhood. Its also within 10 mins walk to the nearest shopping mall & 30 mins walk...

I liked the location of the hostel, within walking distance from the center and everything you need to buy can be bought nearby. Very comfortable bed, large locker next to where you can put your backpack. The hostel itself is also very clean. I was also pleased with the hanger and the shelf inside the bed, in addition to the light and the socket. The reception staff look like they don't greet at all...

Cozy and clean. The bed linen is changed on time. The location is great, near the Asyltau Business Center bus stop.

Quiet and pleasant place with responsive and friendly staff.

Very central location. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Rooms and common areas very clean. I would definitly reccomend this hostel. (Only minus is that I could have liked more power for the water in the shower)

This place is awesome if you're on a budget. I even got a private room that was super cheap. The rooms aren't super warm, but it's totally fine, and the bed was comfy and the room was big. The shared bathrooms are clean and small. If you have a big suitcase, you might struggle with the stairs, but otherwise, it's all good. And yeah, the location is great.

Can't ask more for the price. Check-in was fast and all services were okay, including clean toilets and showers. Slippers, towels and locker were available for no extra price. Only inconvenience was that no pillow cover was provided, and the pillow was looking quite used. Quiet streets around the location.

This hostel in the heart of Astana is worth a stay. Free parking, good wifi, friendly staff and overall quite clean. During rush hour, you might need to wait for a shower or a seat in the kitchen. But maybe this only was because the hostel was fully booked during my stay. But there is one big downside at this hostel: The beds don't have curtains and the light is very bright. So you need a deep sleep...

The room was spacious and clean. Each person had a locker. The room, hallway, bathroom, and living room all had heaters, making them very warm. The kitchen had three refrigerators, a gas stove, and an electric kettle, making it very convenient for cooking. The bathroom and shower were separate and very clean. It was excellent value for money. The hostess was very welcoming, kind, and wonderful.

Excellent hostel very clean... people are very nice, attentive, nearby places to know the city.... Kanat its the owner here.. and he is a excellent gide, even he can bring you for some festivals and show the beautiful culture in Astana. I recommend that you come and have a good experience and enjoy

No need to worry, very good hostel here. The owner speaks English.

Visible from the windows of the house in which I live! I was not in it, but I was, not once, next to a cafe and Sberbank. The very center of the left bank! Everything is nearby. Knowing the competition in this market segment, I can say with confidence that everything is on the level there! This is confirmed by young people who are constantly entering and leaving the hostel, and the price is very affordable...

We booked a room for 1 day. We arrived in the evening. We were greeted by very welcoming and friendly people, the administration of the Hostel. They offered coffee, tea and a cozy room. Very clean. Shower and toilet are common, but also very clean. In the morning fed breakfast. I liked everything very much! We recommend the Hostel to everyone! All this at very affordable prices!

Great quiet, calm hostel. The warm hostess. Clean and comfortable. Excellent cuisine with everything you need. Good location.

We really liked the hostel. Service 👍👍 Centrally located. In which direction you can move freely. Everything has been done. Many thanks to the hostel managers. As for Astana, we now know where we will stop.

It’s so comfortable experience for me, that only for the live situation , but also the assistant can offer a towel. When I first came there, the kitchen spread the fragrance over the room, and the guest shared their yummy food for me. Then, the snowflakes fell down from the night sky. All these made me feel so warmed and impressed ! ☺️

Beautiful area near the embankment, you can walk or go for a run, very fresh air

Nice location, friendly staff and a comfortable environment.

Clean, friendly and lovely. Suggest to everybody.

good value for money while staying in astana. walking distance to bayterek and almost all other places. i walked to bayterek to opera and shan katyr, but of course i took taxi back for 400 tenge which is just more than a dollar only.

Friendly staff during the day. The residents are questionable. Several rude men attempted entry of the ladies' room. Also saw men in the common areas in nothing but their underwear. There is also harassing of a female traveler every time she is on her way to the toilet or shower.

Clean where rubbish is not thrown. Cleaning is done every day, but the residents themselves, who stay at the hostel and live for months, do not clean up after themselves. They leave unwashed dishes with food in the kitchen, which is why cockroaches appear. The order in the room depends on who lives in it. There is a socket, a wardrobe with a lock, and an entrance key. There is always water in the showers...

Administration ☝️👌 . I would especially like to leave a review about one employee of Aigerim: The first person I saw when I arrived at the hostel. Neat, beautiful, excellent diction, leadership qualities are visible, and with all this ... a wonderful person, well-mannered, polite. Always prompt, help. Thanks to her and everyone else. Thanks again ...))) to those who are trying to keep clean (not easy...

The hostel is located in the northwestern part of town and has a bus stop right in front of the building. The rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and everything is new and in an industrial kind of style. Nice musik on the hallway, good showers and toilettes, very clean. The kitchen has a lot of space and you can cook there. The rooms have the perfect interior. Locker, closet, lights and curtains on every bed...

Pros: - The location is in a quiet place in the area of private houses - Location is convenient to reach any part of the city - There are no problems to get to the hostel in summer. - There is a common room for 2500, there is a 4-bed room for 3000 Minuses: - the furniture is already outdated, it is impossible to sit on the sofa - from entertainment only 2 CPs and a TV, and that which does not work...

The location is very convenient - on the Left Bank. At the same time, the hostel is located in a separate building with its janitor and benches in the private sector of the prestigious Chubara district. Large kitchen, high-quality dishes, very high-quality European household appliances, good quality bed linen and towels, tea, coffee and cookies included. Everyday room cleaning creates a very clean...

Very nice place in a good location and friendly staff. Everything you can expect with this price.

Place absolutely recommendable! If I had to indicate a model hostel, it will definitely be this object. Service fantastic, helpful, polite and nice in conversation. Cleanliness at the highest level, great organization in fact a small space, and access to all services, such as laundry, ironing, hair dryer, or a very well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast (additionally payable) was tasty and prepared on a...

Carefully monitor the cleanliness, friendly staff, cookies, snacks, tea for free. Comfortable beds, showers. Center, all within walking distance. Shopping center, circus, aquarium, a huge park. Definitely advise. There is a nice courtyard.

I'll leave a review. I’ll become the kind of person who’s not too lazy to make things like videos for YouTube and when you watch them you say thank you bro. Now I’ll be able to change the low beam light bulb. I liked the hostel. Clean, cozy, homely. Administrator Zhanat fire. He knows a lot about housekeeping. Twice wet cleaning of the hostel, I have never seen anything like this anywhere, even if...

Good place for staying for one night or even for one month, staff is good and kind.

Great place, quiet, clean, inexpensive, cozy, the administrator is very nice, friendly, attentive to all guests, thank you

Reasonable hostel. Was offered a second night at double the rate. It's a little difficult to find. Very close to the tourist centers in the middle of Astana. It's also close to the main bus route that takes you to the airport.
