Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes. Will definitely come back here when I visit Astana again

The hotel is close to the yurt-shaped shopping mall (Khan Shatyr). A good 20-25 minutes walk to the Baiterek Tower. If I understand well it is the ex-Marriott hotel. Unfortunately, the new hotel management is not doing a good job to maintain the Marriott standard. Just a few examples: the safe was not working in my room. The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed...

Very outdated room with dust and old furniture

Technically it was my second stay at this hotel, cause I booked 2 nights separately: one night with breakfast included and another one without breakfast (since we needed to leave hotel early one the last day). Surely I sent special request to give us the same room and explained why did I make bookings separately. Hotel managers didn't check those request though. And when I mentioned it during check...

The rooms at this hotel are a bit dated and could definitely use some renovation. However, the breakfast more than made up for it! There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious.

Huge family room but the space was not used to the best of it and had some really minor drawbacks. Highly recommend anyway

Before coming please check the information about Spa because we had to pay extra money plus bring some slippers they don’t accept the slippers which hotel gives. Stuff was really good. Breakfast is not bad but for star hotel it could be better

I liked the hotel 😊 the room was large! The windows were large and there was a great view of the city. I especially remember the pillows, soft and comfortable 🫶🏼

A very nice hotel. Facilities: The lobby is beautiful, there's a restaurant, and the breakfast is quite good. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The surrounding buildings are all new and beautiful. Service: Excellent service; they even provided snacks upon arrival.

My short layover in Astana included a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, in a fantastic location. It's right across from the National Theatre and the Khan's Tent shopping mall, and about a kilometer from the Bayterek Observation Tower. Most attractions are within a two-kilometer radius. The room was spacious, with a 1.8-meter king-size bed, which is quite rare in Kazakhstan. A family of four could easily...

Location was good. Staff were superb. Dary , Altynai, and Adi/Khan a big thumbs up! Complementary late check-out (4pm). Bar staff were very attentive at keeping riff raff at bay.

The room is spacious and bright, with first-class hardware facilities and a great location, just a stone's throw away from the core area. The breakfast variety could be improved, and you can order fried eggs!

The room was clean and hygienic, the service was good, and the air conditioning was sufficient. There were many types of breakfast. The location of the hotel was convenient. It was very close to the city's central axis.

It's kinda quirky but hey, it's very well-situated. It doesn't really cater for non-Russian/Kazakh speakers, but they try, I'll give them that. They're friendly enough, and the decor is bizarre (they call it 'traditional'....ok) - but the rooms have air-con that kind of works (everything kind of works) and the breakfast is actually quite good, once you've got them to understand what you want. The check in was nice and quick. The room was spacious with a big double bed. The only thing I missed was a kettle, tea and coffee. The bar fridge was well stocked. Breakfast was good with a variety to choose off the menu. The location was very central. Easy to get around Astana.

This hotel is not for the fussy as it is not as clean as it supposed to be. It's an apartment unit on the ground level converted as a 'make shift' hotel. I stayed for 5 nights. The price and the location is very good. The Aircon and Toilet shower are ok.

Huge hospitality, new hotel, good location.

The hotel is next to the main avenue, so that's a no-brainer. It is inside a residential complex, so entering is not easy since there are no intercoms. I had to ask a favor to be able to communicate with them at a nearby coffee shop. Once inside everything is fine. Well-prepared rooms, comfortable bed, the girl at the reception will help you with whatever you need.... Quiet and good.
