The hotel has a great location, close to various scenic spots. The rooms are clean and the hotel feels safe. There are many snack shops and restaurants nearby, and transportation is right outside the door, making it within walking distance of various places.

The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, breakfast is included and they can even bring it to the room! There is everything for living: slippers, towels, robes, shower gel and shampoo, dental kit, comb, tea corner. Pleasant atmosphere. In the evening we had a delicious dinner at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend it

Such a cute boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too. I would happily return to East Astana Hotel.

New and all works. AC, good bathroom, they even speak English. But the rooms are really really small. Too small and they call it Junior suite. The area is fine and it's quiet.

The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.
