4 star hotels in Astana

It was a good experience. The hotel is old but quite clean. The staff is okay

Just okay hotel. Not that great. Need lot of maintenance and overhaul

The male receptionist had a poor service attitude, couldn't understand what I was saying, and didn't provide me with a residence permit

Except chinese and Japanese people disturbing and can’t let you sleep I. The night it’s Awesome!

Thank you all..... Very polite staff....

Astana in general is a very nice place. Reasonable transportation price with Yandox

Very clean, and you can see the mosque.

The hotel can be described as a mid-range property that offers basic accommodation suitable for short stays. The rooms are generally clean and functional, though nothing particularly stands out in terms of comfort or design. Facilities meet minimum expectations, but they are quite standard and limited. One noticeable drawback is the attitude of the staff, who were correct and professional but not...

Excellent hotel. Close to the airport and clean.

Room and amenities are good, however room service is below expectations from several order of dinners and lunches ordered I liked only the signature tea.

Lack of variation in breakfast Rooms were not cozy, in fact hotel facilities was pretty much old

Everything is fine. Service, location, everything triples!

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were beautiful but exceptionally warm. Our room rarely went below 27C unless we opened the windows. It was super uncomfortable sleeping in sauna like conditions.

Very nice place, Friendly staff, super polite. Great breakfast!

It's a good hotel, but the room smells very bad. I don't know why.

I loved Baku. People were very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Alyia the receptionist in this hotel was one of the best. She always went out of her way to help me. She is a big asset for the this stablishment!

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Friendly staff. Yhe beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

The location is great and the staff is also very nice.

Amazing hotel and super good rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend others to stay here as I was very impressed with the service I was provided. 10/10

Unfortunately, the takeaway breakfast I had requested a waiter - staff member for our early 6 a.m. departure was not prepared. I specifically asked for it the day before, clearly stating that I would be leaving at 6 a.m. To confirm, I even followed up with another staff member that same evening, who assured me the breakfast was already packed and would be ready for me upon departure. However, when...

The reception staff are helpful. They help me a lot on calling taxi. They can communicate in English.

Best western is famous for its old classical design. But this time it was a little bit dirty or there was no person in the room for a long time. However, they got a new massage service on the 3rd floor which was amazing!

Thank you for your help to give me higher floor, and your English is very impressively good.

Very centrally located hotel, within walking distance to most attractions. The staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel is well maintained, though some areas could use a bit of modernization. My only issue was that I couldn’t regulate the heat in the room, which made it a bit too warm. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

+ Good location. Breakfast with good choice of meals and exellent quality Nice, clean and comfortable in all aspects. I was during cold time with below -25 dae C outside. It was nicely warm inside and in the rooms. - Shower water pressure wish to have higher. Personnel need to be trained to match the hotel level however nothing is critical. There was some noise from equipment in basic rooms with windows...

Nice and clean room, great staff, changed my room upon request, let me check out bit late. Gym, pool and sauna are exactly I want to exercise and spend time. Breakfast is delicious, included. Location is quite central, nice to walk around

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.

Very friendly staff.  Great location.

The room was spacious, I arrived late at night but the checking was fast and very efficient.

Great location and old Soviet building. Breakfast average but takeaway coffee cups good. Not enough sweet times and cakes were never topped up.

Nice location, old hotel with spacious room. I won’t book again

Very well located, Rooms are convenient and spacey, providing a feel of a 3.5~4 star facility currently being overhauled due to owner change

The room is quite old and the size is good. The bathroom has a musty smell. Breakfast is on the second floor. The basic food is not replenished in a timely manner. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here.

Right next to this landmark tower, the transportation is generally convenient. There is a currency exchange downstairs, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is average, with more cold food, but the restaurant on the 21st floor has a good view.

Very good location, in the city center

The hotel is still a bit old, but other things are OK

Nice room, The receptionists were outstanding. With me not knowing the local language, they helped me with transport. Breakfast as well was one of the best I had in a long time.

It was a very tidy and spacious room. I had to pay 27 euro for early check in but the room was already cleaned and ready so I wasn’t pleased about that.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! First off, the location is fantastic, making it super easy to get around. It's really convenient for visiting the city center and attractions, plus there are convenience stores and great restaurants nearby, giving it a lively, local feel. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy decor, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The biggest surprise was...

Very nice and comfortable hotel Room are so nice We liked all And of course good district

Nice hotel in the city center. A bit low on amenities. No minibar and half of the listed drinks in the bar/restaurant are not available.

A really nice hotel that catered to my needs and tastes.

The rooms at this hotel are a bit dated and could definitely use some renovation. However, the breakfast more than made up for it! There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious.

Huge family room but the space was not used to the best of it and had some really minor drawbacks. Highly recommend anyway

Before coming please check the information about Spa because we had to pay extra money plus bring some slippers they don’t accept the slippers which hotel gives. Stuff was really good. Breakfast is not bad but for star hotel it could be better

I liked the hotel 😊 the room was large! The windows were large and there was a great view of the city. I especially remember the pillows, soft and comfortable 🫶🏼

Great size room and amazing location. Breakfast was okay

Reasonable hotel for the price. Room is old but bathroom was renovated.

Alanda Hotel has an elegant and beautiful decoration, our room was very spacious, the bed and the pillows are comfortable, and that's it. Location is not bad. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. That was a nightmare. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor...

Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. I liked everything.

Great hotel, located in a cozy place. Excellent service. Magnificent interior.

The bar is a cozy place to hang out with friends. The live music is great, Madina is a great singer, such a rich voice! All the bar staff are friendly, polite, and competent.

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.

Very good hotel. And the cuisine there is wonderful.

Liked the place. Nice rooms, ac works really good. Nice service.

Very nice clean hotel. Everything you would expect and more. Galleries and shops located inside the Hotel. The hotels dining are was nice and big, but the food quality could of been better.

Hotel saw better times, but still make sense to stay. Personal is friendly, services ok. Just not sure about 5-stars ranking, 4 stars should be appropriate.

Rooms are large, pool is nice. Some faults exist, however, like broken bathroom facilities, no coffee/tea in rooms, slow Wi-Fi. Location is 5km from new city. Ok+ overall.

Overall a nice hotel but needs improvements in room design. Spacious rooms, breakfast is okay

The restaurant and bar are not that great. The reception staff are nice.

Overall, it's pretty good. The second floor faces the street, but it can be noisy at night. There's often a wedding in the adjacent party hall, which can be quite noisy. I requested a room change, but the hotel kept saying they had no rooms. I recommend a higher floor. There aren't many restaurants nearby. One afternoon, there was an unexplained power outage for several hours. The basics are still...

Top location. Nice rooms. Defitshould try a sauna with a view to AqOrda.

Ver good hotel! excellent service!

Good breakfast, professional staff and clean rooms!!!

Very nice place, quiet and comfortable rooms. Big park zone near the hotel

Very comfortable rooms. Beautiful view. Super service.

Possibly the best hotel I have ever entered, has all the general functions of a 5 star, a wide variety of cuisines and amazing room service!

I go there often, I like it, I invite my friends there when they come to visit, they are happy, which means everything is good there

There is a GREAT VEGETABLE shop at the hotel. Always fresh fruits and vegetables, we recommend it!

The hotel is new, rooms are spacious, pricing is moderate for the quality you get.

Over my expectations! As lonely guest I really enjoyed the quiet location and the kindness of all the staff. Confortable and super clean rooms... I really suggest it 10/10

Ra The rooms are good, but you need to choose the lower ones; the rest are old.

The environment and hygiene are good, and there is a gym. However, the breakfast is simple, mainly local food. Overall, it is okay and can be recommended to everyone for staying.

New hotel, good attitude, patience, high house

The room was very new, having been newly built in 2022. It was bright and clean, and quite nice. The hotel's gym is very large, the largest hotel gym I've ever seen. It's also open to the public, which is a good business model.

The room is well-equipped and quite new. There are no complaints about the hygiene. The environment is good and the room is not large. Overall, it is recommended and meets expectations. Overall, it meets the recommended level.

It was very comfortable, super!!!

Good not pricey hotel. No big concerns Though rather far from the centre.

I stayed at a hotel to rest during a long layover. Result: 1. The hot water was turned off in the morning and wouldn't be turned back on. 2. The power went out for 30 minutes. 3. They couldn't provide a second blanket overnight because the storage area was closed. The staff kindly explained that the water and power issue wasn't specific to the hotel, but to the area. BUT, a backup generator and hot...

Very nice hotel absolute Nice spacious room comfortable bed nice shower Breakfast was good also plenty to choose from Pool and sauna was good also The staff was very helpful for me especially Din he helped me throughout my stay with information and taxis Recommend this hotel

Everything would be fine, but when you book and pay in advance, and then you fly in to relax, and they can't find your reservation, and you're stuck at the counter instead of sleeping...

Very friendly and efficient receptionists. The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast is good and the pool is super clean.

Everything was good and perfect!!

Good location, somehow neeed a little renovation

High cost-performance ratio, recommended

The room facilities were poor, the service was nonexistent, and the price was bad!

The hotel is well located and the staff are very welcoming.

The hotel has a great location, close to various scenic spots. The rooms are clean and the hotel feels safe. There are many snack shops and restaurants nearby, and transportation is right outside the door, making it within walking distance of various places.

Overall is decent, the price is reasonable

Close to the central of the city, comfort to stay, staff is helpful

Close to the central of the city, comfort to stay, staff is helpful

Great hotel for all! But a little expensive.

Porkovka very good. Check in Seny not expensive

Friendly staff, comfort, cleanliness, chic leisure in my free time...

Nice hotel. Recommend. The prices are high only

Excellent room, hotel itself and great location. Service at the highest level! All possible assistance to clients, including beyond job responsibilities. Thanks to the hotel staff!

Wonderful rooms, good, clean, white, soft. A huge thank you to the owner - the person of wide soul.

7 from 5 ? safely one of the best hotels in the capital ?

The restaurant at the hotel is available. The kitchen is very tasty. Room service - a nice bonus.

Good european standard. The beds are in a good condition, and the windows are sound proof. The staff is friendly and there's enough english speaking staff. The restaurant is great and open till late at night. I've had my best kazach pizza there, and their traditional dishes are fingerlicking. They also offer an airport service for a reasonable price. On the down side, the breakfast is rather mediocre...

Last year my husband and I stayed in this hotel. Happy with everything. Only on the day of departure found in the bedside drawer a bunch of garbage of a personal nature. The residue remained. But, I would again choose this hotel next time...)

Nice hotel location, small one. A bit noisy in a room when people walking in a hall. Rest - lovely

Decent location, walking distance to most sights in Astana, and taxi from airport cost 10 USD, which was reasonable. Breakfast is 7-10am, and buffet style in the restaurant attached next door. Room was adequate, views were a little strange tho. The evening/night staff guy (can’t remember his name) was a saving grace for this hotel, great English and very friendly - thank you!

Reception and cleaning services are helpful. They cleaned my room and changed my towel every day. Breakfast was served in the Georgian restaurant, joyful and peaceful place.

Nice hotel . Walkable or a short taxi ride to all attractions. The rooms are spacious. It's a bit dated but clean and functional. The breakfast was fine . It is in the Georgian restaurant next door. I would stay again in this hotel

Excellent. Is around 1,5 km from Baiterek monument and 1 km from Abu Dhabi Plaza. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for everyone and the staff was very friendly.

Good and hotel’s restaurant was reallyy good and food was delicious, service is so good and fast
