The hotel was very clean, and the front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, English, and Russian. The breakfast selection was extensive. It was a very large hotel with excellent soundproofing. It also had a gym, sauna, meeting rooms, and a Chinese restaurant.

The rooms are quite comfortable, although the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it's very good.

A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. This place is cozy except some smoky fogs on the air inside rooms. Plus, the service is fine but I didn't get a chance to hear some live music that supposed to be playing over there. All in all, it's good place to spend some time with your buddies over smoking kalyan and chatting about your work day.

The best hookah (shisha) in town... prices are affordable, even cheap (they have individual promotion discounts per each day - e.g. Tuesday - every second beer is free or if you spend more than 20 K they will order for you free of charge ride to home)

Reasonable hostel. Was offered a second night at double the rate. It's a little difficult to find. Very close to the tourist centers in the middle of Astana. It's also close to the main bus route that takes you to the airport.
