Very outdated room with dust and old furniture

Technically it was my second stay at this hotel, cause I booked 2 nights separately: one night with breakfast included and another one without breakfast (since we needed to leave hotel early one the last day). Surely I sent special request to give us the same room and explained why did I make bookings separately. Hotel managers didn't check those request though. And when I mentioned it during check...

Our stay in a hotel was perfect. The staff was very polite and useful. The room was clean and cosy. İn the room, we had all things. The swimming pool is big and clean. The sauna and swimming pool included. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

The front desk receptionist patiently upgraded the room type. The high-floor room was newly decorated and comfortable to stay in. The room windows can be opened for ventilation, and the room is also equipped with an air purifier, which is in line with Chinese habits.

The hotel needs some renovation, you could’ve found better options for a much smaller amount of money… The floors in the rooms should also be cleaned up and the were also an empty pack of body wash…

Came there for a business trip Couldn't sleep at night due to unbearable heat in the room . Cooling air conditioning was not working . Even if the hotel is connected by the city heating system like they said . Still, the cooling option should exist . Could not sleep before my work I got dehydrated and was sleepy at work . Hotel is a little old but still had a comfortable stay. The beds were with wheels and moved around but were very comfortable. The room size was good for a standard room, breakfast though i would say needs more attention and updates. Location wise it's not far from the centre and is near a river. Overall it was a good stay

I stay here often and enjoy it very much. A solid unpretentious member of the Radisson family. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and everything works. Kind and welcoming staff. The only downside is miserable food, breakfast or any other. Luckily the next door there's an excellent Italian cafe.

Best western is famous for its old classical design. But this time it was a little bit dirty or there was no person in the room for a long time. However, they got a new massage service on the 3rd floor which was amazing!

Very centrally located hotel, within walking distance to most attractions. The staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel is well maintained, though some areas could use a bit of modernization. Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. I liked everything.

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.

The location of the hotel is OK, close to the city center, the price is relatively affordable, breakfast is on the 17th floor, and you can overlook the city of Astana by the window. The front desk service is good, keep up the good work, but the breakfast is just so-so, come on!

Altyn Eco Park in Astana is a budget hotel located between Expo facilities and Baiterek+ official buildings, about 40 mins walk either way. it is clean, reasonably furnished with a minimalistic meal plan. They aim to provide affordable comfort, which is comparable to Inverness Ave stay in London.

Not value for money... The restaurant and rooms are underwhelming... The staff is sincere and helpful... Property not at par with the price... Design and amenities could have been better
