Spa-Hotels in Astana

Loved our stay here! It's clean and the staff are friendly.

Everything is good about hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, awesome location near 3-4 shopping centres

Front desk spoke English, staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a good design, was clean and made up everyday with new towels. Fantastic location, near 2 malls and other cafes. Will definitely come back here when I visit Astana again

The hotel is close to the yurt-shaped shopping mall (Khan Shatyr). A good 20-25 minutes walk to the Baiterek Tower. If I understand well it is the ex-Marriott hotel. Unfortunately, the new hotel management is not doing a good job to maintain the Marriott standard. Just a few examples: the safe was not working in my room. The bathroom is aged with broken tiles and the handle for the shower tap stayed...

Very outdated room with dust and old furniture

Technically it was my second stay at this hotel, cause I booked 2 nights separately: one night with breakfast included and another one without breakfast (since we needed to leave hotel early one the last day). Surely I sent special request to give us the same room and explained why did I make bookings separately. Hotel managers didn't check those request though. And when I mentioned it during check...

Ive stayed here several times and its the same each time. Pleasant, clean, friendly staff and good food. will stay again in the future.

Hilton Astana stands out as one of the premier business hotels in Kazakhstan’s capital—offering a combination of scale, quality, and service that aligns well with international executive travel expectations. Located adjacent to the EXPO district and government ministries, the hotel is ideally positioned for diplomatic, commercial, or conference-related engagements. The property itself is modern, architecturally...

Didn’t have variation in breakfast rest were excellent.

Good location, close to the airport, with big shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, very convenient to go to aifc for meetings

The room was clean and tidy, but a little cold. Overall it was good

Excellent hotel in the expo area, everything you need is inside, but you need to understand that it is a 30-minute walk to the center

It was a good experience. The hotel is old but quite clean. The staff is okay

Just okay hotel. Not that great. Need lot of maintenance and overhaul

The male receptionist had a poor service attitude, couldn't understand what I was saying, and didn't provide me with a residence permit

Except chinese and Japanese people disturbing and can’t let you sleep I. The night it’s Awesome!

Thank you all..... Very polite staff....

Astana in general is a very nice place. Reasonable transportation price with Yandox

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.

The service is good. The room inside is nice. It’s warm enough to stay inside.

1. Clean 2. Comfortable 3. Great location I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

Good hotel. Decent location. Would stay here again if travelling back to Astana.

New hotel, good service, comfortable lounge

Very clean and modern. Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Honestly this hotel is good. But it isn't great. I've stayed in a cheaper and slightly more expensive hotel and both were much better as an overall experience. The staff are nice but aren't the most hospitable, the food was ok and service therein was meh. The spa, sauna and hammam are fantastic. The room is good but again not great. Overall this hotel is good and in a great location. It's not what...

It is a very nice hotel in every sense. The employees are very friendly and caring. I recommend

The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms are a bit worn down but clean. We arrived before the official check-in time. Even the hotel was not fully booked the reception didn’t give is the room before the official check-in time. On the booking I made a special request, high floor and away from the elevator. We got a room on the second floor (actually 1st floor) and right beside the elevator...

Classic Rixos hotel with perfect Turkish hospitality in the capital of Kazakhstan. Spacious rooms, excellent service and yummy abd and fresh breakfast.

Best halal breakfast menu Nice hotel interior Friendly and helpfull staff We should come again for next visit

Good location. Good meal 🍽️ on breakfast 🍳

Great service, convenient location, and very clean 🤍

Great hotel! Great service, everything is clean! Thank you so much!

Facilities: Very advanced. Although it opened in 2017, the interior is excellent and doesn't feel dated. Cleanliness: Excellent, with a housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness. Environment: Constant temperature and humidity, very friendly in cold Astana. Located right on the central axis and just a 5-minute walk from the Tree of Life Monument, it's a great place for a trip. Service: Very attentive...

Beautiful hotel with incredible facilities and excellent attentive service, would definitely visit again.

🤔🥹🫨 the neighbors didn't let me sleep.🫨

Amazing hotel with great views to the city on the upper floors. Very friend staff.

Very clean, and you can see the mosque.

The hotel can be described as a mid-range property that offers basic accommodation suitable for short stays. The rooms are generally clean and functional, though nothing particularly stands out in terms of comfort or design. Facilities meet minimum expectations, but they are quite standard and limited. One noticeable drawback is the attitude of the staff, who were correct and professional but not...

Excellent hotel. Close to the airport and clean.

Room and amenities are good, however room service is below expectations from several order of dinners and lunches ordered I liked only the signature tea.

Lack of variation in breakfast Rooms were not cozy, in fact hotel facilities was pretty much old

Everything is fine. Service, location, everything triples!

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, English, and Russian. The breakfast selection was extensive. It was a very large hotel with excellent soundproofing. It also had a gym, sauna, meeting rooms, and a Chinese restaurant.

The rooms are quite comfortable, although the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it's very good.

Facilities: Fully equipped, ready for move-in. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Good. Service: Attentive.

We had an amazing 4 nights stay at Beijing Palace. Place is conveniently located in the center of the city. Very quiet modern 5 star hotel with all the amenities! Would like to say special thank you to all the staff for comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and new. Everything that we needed was a phone call away. Fitness center and access to the swimming pool and saunas was included. Breakfast was amazing...

Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately the mattress was very hard . No soap in the bathroom. Coffee/ tea not replenished daily we had to keep asking.and and did not always arrive and no milk for coffee Good variety at breakfast and cook to order omeletes. Great location. King Delux room furniture a little tired and basic. Cleaner woke us banging on door at 7.30am tho we were staying 3 nights. not...

A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety...

I’m surprised to find such high end hotel in Kazakhstan. It was a pleasant stay.

This was by far the best hotel experience of my life. The St. Regis is the embodiment of luxury and in Astana it is extremely good value for money in a majestic city that is truly a hidden gem. The staff are caring, hospitable and cheerful, always going above and beyond for your needs. The breakfast merged variety with the best quality I've ever experienced in a hotel ever. The room... My goodness...

Everything was on satisfactory level. Best hotel in the City, at my own option. Breakfasts are exquisite with a lot of choice

Lovely hotel, I will return to stay in here again.

Really good Room and Hotel. Money well worth and we looking forward to come again.

Usually better. Left the number with the reservations department. Waited for a call for over 30 minutes. Finally got through on the 5th try. There was no welcome note or compliment in the room. No one offered drinks until I called an hour later. There were no disposable razors. The room has some drawbacks. Of the easily fixable ones, this is the rolled-up sofa, which looks terrible, and the...

Really nice hotel with great staff. The rooms were beautiful but exceptionally warm. Our room rarely went below 27C unless we opened the windows. It was super uncomfortable sleeping in sauna like conditions.

Very nice place, Friendly staff, super polite. Great breakfast!

It's a good hotel, but the room smells very bad. I don't know why.

I loved Baku. People were very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Alyia the receptionist in this hotel was one of the best. She always went out of her way to help me. She is a big asset for the this stablishment!

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Friendly staff. Yhe beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

The location is great and the staff is also very nice.

Amazing hotel and super good rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend others to stay here as I was very impressed with the service I was provided. 10/10

Unfortunately, the takeaway breakfast I had requested a waiter - staff member for our early 6 a.m. departure was not prepared. I specifically asked for it the day before, clearly stating that I would be leaving at 6 a.m. To confirm, I even followed up with another staff member that same evening, who assured me the breakfast was already packed and would be ready for me upon departure. However, when...

The reception staff are helpful. They help me a lot on calling taxi. They can communicate in English.

Best western is famous for its old classical design. But this time it was a little bit dirty or there was no person in the room for a long time. However, they got a new massage service on the 3rd floor which was amazing!

Thank you for your help to give me higher floor, and your English is very impressively good.

Very centrally located hotel, within walking distance to most attractions. The staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel is well maintained, though some areas could use a bit of modernization. My only issue was that I couldn’t regulate the heat in the room, which made it a bit too warm. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

+ Good location. Breakfast with good choice of meals and exellent quality Nice, clean and comfortable in all aspects. I was during cold time with below -25 dae C outside. It was nicely warm inside and in the rooms. - Shower water pressure wish to have higher. Personnel need to be trained to match the hotel level however nothing is critical. There was some noise from equipment in basic rooms with windows...

Nice and clean room, great staff, changed my room upon request, let me check out bit late. Gym, pool and sauna are exactly I want to exercise and spend time. Breakfast is delicious, included. Location is quite central, nice to walk around

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.

Very friendly staff.  Great location.

The room was spacious, I arrived late at night but the checking was fast and very efficient.

Great location and old Soviet building. Breakfast average but takeaway coffee cups good. Not enough sweet times and cakes were never topped up.

Great hotel! They have everything. We used all the services. The breakfasts were simply amazing.

This is the true embodiment of aesthetics and hospitality in Astana. The hotel impresses with its unique architecture, and the interior design deserves special praise: stylish modern minimalism in warm natural tones creates an atmosphere of exceptional tranquility and comfort. I was incredibly surprised to find my favorite Bang & Olufsen (B&O) sound system right in my room—the sound quality is simply...

SLH never fails to deliver. This hotel is the best value hotel in Astana, the food and service is immaculate and the room is extremely comfortable. What sets SLH apart is the hospitality and I would most certainly recommend coming to this fine establishment!

Great value for money, highly recommended! It was truly an unforgettable trip – great accommodations, great food, and I was satisfied with everything! Great value for money, highly recommended! It was truly an unforgettable trip – great accommodations, great food, and I was satisfied with everything!

We were in hotel second time. It was splendid . Excellent breakfast. We want back again.

1. This feels more like a museum than a hotel: The design is incredibly bizarre, with the sink and toilet separated, making for a rather small wash area. The hallway is dark, and finding your room number is a struggle. There are nearly 20 large cabinets in one room—I'm not sure why, but the lights in two of them won't turn off. Opposite the bed is a large cabinet with some artwork, and it's glass-backed...

Nice location, old hotel with spacious room. I won’t book again

Very well located, Rooms are convenient and spacey, providing a feel of a 3.5~4 star facility currently being overhauled due to owner change

The room is quite old and the size is good. The bathroom has a musty smell. Breakfast is on the second floor. The basic food is not replenished in a timely manner. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here.

Right next to this landmark tower, the transportation is generally convenient. There is a currency exchange downstairs, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is average, with more cold food, but the restaurant on the 21st floor has a good view.

Very good location, in the city center

The hotel is still a bit old, but other things are OK

The rooms at this hotel are a bit dated and could definitely use some renovation. However, the breakfast more than made up for it! There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious.

Huge family room but the space was not used to the best of it and had some really minor drawbacks. Highly recommend anyway

Before coming please check the information about Spa because we had to pay extra money plus bring some slippers they don’t accept the slippers which hotel gives. Stuff was really good. Breakfast is not bad but for star hotel it could be better

I liked the hotel 😊 the room was large! The windows were large and there was a great view of the city. I especially remember the pillows, soft and comfortable 🫶🏼

Great size room and amazing location. Breakfast was okay

Reasonable hotel for the price. Room is old but bathroom was renovated.

Alanda Hotel has an elegant and beautiful decoration, our room was very spacious, the bed and the pillows are comfortable, and that's it. Location is not bad. We stayed there for 3 nights, and we only had hot water on the shower on the first night. That was a nightmare. Staff didn't really care or at least apologize about that. And there's no one to help you with the luggage, their service is poor...

Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. I liked everything.

Great hotel, located in a cozy place. Excellent service. Magnificent interior.

The bar is a cozy place to hang out with friends. The live music is great, Madina is a great singer, such a rich voice! All the bar staff are friendly, polite, and competent.

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.

Very good hotel. And the cuisine there is wonderful.

The restaurant and bar are not that great. The reception staff are nice.

Overall, it's pretty good. The second floor faces the street, but it can be noisy at night. There's often a wedding in the adjacent party hall, which can be quite noisy. I requested a room change, but the hotel kept saying they had no rooms. I recommend a higher floor. There aren't many restaurants nearby. One afternoon, there was an unexplained power outage for several hours. The basics are still...

Top location. Nice rooms. Defitshould try a sauna with a view to AqOrda.

Ver good hotel! excellent service!

Good breakfast, professional staff and clean rooms!!!

Very nice place, quiet and comfortable rooms. Big park zone near the hotel

Ra The rooms are good, but you need to choose the lower ones; the rest are old.

The environment and hygiene are good, and there is a gym. However, the breakfast is simple, mainly local food. Overall, it is okay and can be recommended to everyone for staying.

New hotel, good attitude, patience, high house

The room was very new, having been newly built in 2022. It was bright and clean, and quite nice. The hotel's gym is very large, the largest hotel gym I've ever seen. It's also open to the public, which is a good business model.

The room is well-equipped and quite new. There are no complaints about the hygiene. The environment is good and the room is not large. Overall, it is recommended and meets expectations. Overall, it meets the recommended level.

It was very comfortable, super!!!

Good not pricey hotel. No big concerns Though rather far from the centre.

I stayed at a hotel to rest during a long layover. Result: 1. The hot water was turned off in the morning and wouldn't be turned back on. 2. The power went out for 30 minutes. 3. They couldn't provide a second blanket overnight because the storage area was closed. The staff kindly explained that the water and power issue wasn't specific to the hotel, but to the area. BUT, a backup generator and hot...

Very nice hotel absolute Nice spacious room comfortable bed nice shower Breakfast was good also plenty to choose from Pool and sauna was good also The staff was very helpful for me especially Din he helped me throughout my stay with information and taxis Recommend this hotel

Everything would be fine, but when you book and pay in advance, and then you fly in to relax, and they can't find your reservation, and you're stuck at the counter instead of sleeping...

Very friendly and efficient receptionists. The hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast is good and the pool is super clean.

Everything was good and perfect!!

Good location, somehow neeed a little renovation

High cost-performance ratio, recommended

The room facilities were poor, the service was nonexistent, and the price was bad!

The hotel is well located and the staff are very welcoming.

The hotel has a great location, close to various scenic spots. The rooms are clean and the hotel feels safe. There are many snack shops and restaurants nearby, and transportation is right outside the door, making it within walking distance of various places.

Overall is decent, the price is reasonable
