The hotel is close to the yurt-shaped shopping mall (Khan Shatyr). A good 20-25 minutes walk to the Baiterek Tower. If I understand well it is the ex-Marriott hotel. Technically it was my second stay at this hotel, cause I booked 2 nights separately: one night with breakfast included and another one without breakfast (since we needed to leave hotel early one the last day). Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.

The room is quite old and the size is good. The bathroom has a musty smell. Breakfast is on the second floor. The basic food is not replenished in a timely manner. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here.

Right next to this landmark tower, the transportation is generally convenient. There is a currency exchange downstairs, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is average, with more cold food, but the restaurant on the 21st floor has a good view.

Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. I liked everything.

The bar is a cozy place to hang out with friends. The live music is great, Madina is a great singer, such a rich voice! All the bar staff are friendly, polite, and competent.

Samson is a cozy and stylish lobby in the city. Beautiful paintings and a statue. A gorgeous staircase, but lacks railings. On the second floor is the Balcony restaurant. Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.

The TV remote control did not work, they barely figured it out, changed the batteries, it was cool at night, on the second day they settled in the same room and did not even clean up there, the slippers remained in the same place. And so, in general, bearable.
