I was a little bit judgemental in the first place, for the owner spoke rather broken English, could barely make out a sentence. The way she talked sounded hostile to me.
But later on I realized it was just her Russian accent. No biggie, she turned out to be a friendly Kazakh lady who smiled a lot during my stay.
Let's talk about the room. No AC, and it does get scalding hot sometimes throughout the day. I was given pillow case, bed sheet, and quilt cover. But I don't understand why I had to put them on myself🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨
This is not a social hostel. No one speaks English. It's a solely Russian speaking place. No wonder it gets a 2 star review on hostelworld.
The wifi gets slow at night....
But the very best part is still the awesome location. In the end I can recommend this hostel.
The hostess was very welcoming, kind, and wonderful.
