The first impression is whether the hotel is renovated or new, the staff is friendly. The cost of the room is 10,000 tenge. When you enter the room, your eye is immediately struck by the half-lit chandelier and the loudly working refrigerator. Water is only available in the minibar, for which you have to pay separately, I may, of course, be picking on little things, but usually in all the hotels where I have been, bottled water has always been free. The duvet cover and sheets are shabby, the towels are frayed at the edges, it’s clear that they have already served their purpose. There is no shower gel or shampoo in the room, although there are containers for them, so in order to take a shower you need to have everything of your own. The soundproofing of the rooms is disgusting, despite the fact that the room is on the third floor, you can clearly hear the dishes rattling in the cafe on the first floor. Until two or three o'clock in the morning, the slamming of room doors, the walking and running of guests and staff, you can all hear it very well. If you want to relax in silence, this is definitely not the place for you. The room was standard, I don’t know, maybe a suite would be better.
