Caspian Pearl Hotel in Aktau

The place is atmospheric and beautiful. But.... The tables in the VIP room are rickety, it’s unclear what they’ve put together, the service is slow, the food they bring is not what you ordered, the salads are all the same. Reviewing the menu and updating the furniture is an important condition for returning. In the meantime, I went one more time than it cost)))))

The view is gorgeous. The staff is friendly. But untrained. The rooms are shaky. The cold water barely flows on the fifth floor. Roller blinds are filled with self-tapping screws. With TV everything is complicated, you have to log in under your own name. The TV itself is also too small for such a large room. Large room with stupid uses. It was possible to put a sofa. The windows have not been washed (for a long time). Food 3 minus, bread is not served with porridge. Cheesecakes fried in an incomprehensible, rather cheap or expired oil (I'll wait for heartburn), I can find fault a lot, but I won't. You just need a good leader.

I haven't been to the hotel, but the summer house at the hotel leaves much to be desired. The service is practically nonexistent (1 out of 5). The location is 5 out of 5. It could be better, but there's no one else. I don't have any ill luck, everything is as it is.
