On the other hand, it is open until 1am, so it is convenient if you are going out late. It is close to shopping centers such as GUM, TSUMU, and Dordoi Plaza, so you will have no trouble finding something to eat or shop

I would recommend this hotel for organizations holding small conferences, seminars, and training sessions. The management is attentive to each client and very responsive to all requests

The lighting was relatively bright, and there were a large desk and plenty of electrical outlets, making it ideal for doing office work

There is a wide variety of menu items and it is very delicious, but it starts at 7:30, so it may not be suitable for those who are up early in the morning

Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking

Spacious room and bathroom, ok breakfast, location is a little outside of the central district, good service and cleanliness

New in Hotel with coffee shop in our little city. Had Capuchino and Mohito. Best coffee in Jalal-Abad. Great environment and clean. Highly recommend it. Will be back

We stayed at this hotel in Celal Abat on the evening of May 29th. It was a very large hotel, everything was great, the restaurant was on the top floor, the rooms were nice, the service was good, there were no problems

We stayed from February 12th to 16th. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We left with good impressions and would happily return. We highly recommend it.

Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs

Location was close to many things within walking distance. The bed was comfortable (most beds in Central Asia a hard). I was disappointed it didn't have a pool. The breakfast was good with variety and western option

OTHER COMMENTS: - Not enough sea seats on the beach (there were total of 10 only) - No lifeguard on the beach at any time - Indoor swimming pool: extra fees to use it + limited time (13:00 - 15:30) Food menu is not the best on all three meals (breakfast - launch - dinner) in other words (very humble menu and food with almost no vegetables or fruits) I will list more as soon as I remember

Location is good, convenient, close to beach. Beach isn't bad and though it's a lot of gravel & rock it's not too painful to walk on. Flowers & fruit trees are nice. Sports areas might be good for those who want it

It's late July and our room is very hot, no A/C. Dinner was 900 som each and the plov was not good at all—don't order their meals. There is a pool but not included & you have to pay extra

Sometimes there's loud disruptive people outside even late at night. Breakfast wasn't included and the rooms didn't have soap. Not quite "International standards" as advertized but a decent enough place to stay

When we questioned this action, they excused themselves with the idea that there are many guests and limited tables. We asked them to give us our own table for the next meal and they promised to do so

When talking to the managers they suggested to specify time for us and for them within the meals time. We refused and pointed that there were empty tables. Will update you if any thing new happen

However, there are areas where the hotel falls short. The Wi-Fi connectivity is extremely poor; it works only near the entrance door or inside the bathroom, which can be quite inconvenient

The cupboards are generous in size, providing ample space for clothing and belongings, and the room comfortably accommodates multiple pieces of luggage without feeling cramped

one can see all the plumbing hanging from the walls, a stuck toilet flush that I had to repair myself, a bathtub that is not well fixed to the ground, being a bit unstable, etc

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 — Comfortable Stay with Some Notable Compromises Karagat is a pleasant hotel choice if you don’t mind compromising on a few important aspects

The electrical points near the bed didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone or other devices conveniently. I informed the staff about this issue on the first day, but nothing was fixed during my entire stay

Overall, if you can overlook these shortcomings, Karagat offers a comfortable stay primarily due to its room size and storage space

The customer service received from all members of staff is of a very good standard. All staff will go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay. All staff speak and understand English very well

Service was excellent and staff spoke decent english. Breakfast spread is decent and tasted OK. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, which could be a problem for those with mobility issues

UK REVIEW 🇬🇧 The hotel is situated about 30 minutes from Manas International Airport. There are local shops nearby too. First impressions were very good

It is worth climbing the roof for a view of a beautiful mountain panorama. Bridges doesn’t offer five-star accommodation but if I ever have to spend time in Bishkek, I will most likely choose Bridges Hotel again

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options

I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea

They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay

While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative

Hey everyone! The hotel is located in a private residential area but not too far from the city center. The only inconvenient part is the stairs, especially to the 3rd floor. It would be difficult for older people

I stayed here as a couple. It was a quiet stay.

The reception service was excellent, always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, delicious, and always fresh. I can't rate the housekeeping, as we stayed three nights and there was no cleaning service

The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and hard, which was probably our only negative. Shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and slippers were provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel

The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. However, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Breakfast was delicious.

The interior is modern, the breakfasts are good, the reception is very friendly, it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the Karakol ski resort. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit the resort, go skiing and relax

Hotel is very good but not happy with services. If you have baggage then there is no lift and no staff assistance. You have to carry your own bags from stairs

My hotel karakol is one of the best options for accommodation in the city of Karakol

But you need to order a transfer to the resort, the hotel does not have its own free transfer. And we were lucky to get a transfer service to the resort from the Imanaliev brothers Nursultan and Anvar

In my lifetime this is the first time I experience this. I stayed in My Hotel in Bishkek and the experience was totally different. There they provide everything in room ad well market is nearby

Also in room no complementary water, katte, tea, coffee, sugar. Also there are no shops nearby so either you buy everything from hotel or for water go to the restaurant everything

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Good I have Russian speaking guide otherwise no other way of communication. Spacious room, monitor TV, 2 chairs and a table, fridge, hot/cold water facilities in toilet and great WiFi

I would give 6 stars if I could. We visited Bishkek for a wedding. My whole family stayed here and the experience we had was amazing. Anything we needed they were able to help us

There’s also the option of getting an in-hotel massage, which was amazing! Great hotel away from the busyness of the city centre, but still convenient to get around
