Breakfast was excellent, delicious, and always fresh.
Location was ok.
I can't rate the housekeeping, as we stayed three nights and there was no cleaning service.
The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and hard, which was probably our only negative.
The towels were clean.
Internet worked perfectly.
Shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, and slippers were provided.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations.
They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after.
A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.
The beds are very comfortable, even for someone with spinal injuries (not every mattress is suitable). The double room is cozy, small, but spacious enough.
It would be great to have a coffee machine downstairs; it would be very useful for those who drink organic coffee 😊😊
