For the price, Dosman Hotel is a really solid budget choice in Bishkek. Upon arrival, the room was surprisingly large and spotlessly clean, with a huge, comfortable bed. A big plus is the free, secluded parking if you are traveling with a vehicle. I also really enjoyed the nice outdoor seating area, and the standard included breakfast is decent enough.
However, the service and amenities really let us down. The staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful during our stay. This was most obvious on our second day when we returned at 18:00 to find our room hadn't been cleaned. Reception simply said they were "busy" and would get to it later, so we just opted to skip it altogether.
There are a few other notable downsides:
The shower: Water pressure is very very poor, and the warm water is extremely limited.
Noise: The building can get quite noisy, so light sleepers should definitely bring earplugs (though this depends of course on the attitude of other guests ;) )
Coffee: The included breakfast coffee is undrinkable; you have to buy their paid coffee if you want a decent cup.
Overall, it's a good spot if you strictly prioritize a cheap and spacious place to crash with secure parking, but you definitely need to manage your expectations when it comes to hospitality and basic amenities.

The staff was friendly.
There were a few issues, but they tried to resolve them.
Cleaning was good; they changed everything and provided everything we needed.
The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft.
Towels were clean.
The grounds were nice.
Breakfast was probably a downside, or at least we weren't able to rate it.
They kindly lent me a power adapter as mine wasn’t working. The breakfast is decent, although I am vegetarian so can’t comment fully.
During check-in, the front desk initially undercharged me, and after pointing out the incorrect number they then slightly overcharged. I understand it is a genuine mistake but they should be more careful.
Also, when I used the coffee machine they asked me how I wanted to pay for it. I told them I thought it’s free and offered to throw out the coffee but they let me have it. I checked later and there is no sign indicating the cost of the coffee machine. In all the other hotels I’ve been to around the world the coffee machine is free.
That being said, I would stay here again.
