I assume the hotel is still new. Interior is nice and they have a small common area outside for bbqs or small gatherings. Everything from the reception was great, we even got to check in early

However, if you are accustomed to hotel beds in the West you will find this one a bit harder. The location of the hotel was convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good

They had a good selection of foods including breads, sausages, eggs, yogurt, porridge, coffee, tea, and juices. The breakfast room had enough tables and I never had to hunt for a seat

The bathroom had a western toilet and nice hot water. The towels were soft and soaps were convenient. The bed was fine, but it was a little harder than I am used to as a Westerner. This is not a complaint; I slept fine

I stayed at Soluxe on my recent visit to Bishkek. The Hotel was quiet and comfortable. The facility was clean and well-maintained. My room was comfortable with a nice bathroom

There's banging bags, talking, shouting in the hallway, and guests are constantly moving furniture around (all night!). The walls are thin, and there are hardly any carpets. You can hear every footstep and every word

It is far from the city center, but this is compensated by the fact that there are mountains nearby, the air is excellent, it is quiet. The staff is smart, they try very hard to make guests feel good here

We got there during a football team's visit, we were afraid that we would not sleep, but to our surprise everything was quiet. Breakfasts are not bad, there is plenty to choose from, we did not leave hungry

A very pleasant hotel. Cozy, clean, and quiet. The robes and towels are high-quality, clearly chosen with care. The rooms and common areas are simply beautiful. It's a hotel you won't want to leave.

They help to solve any problem. There are no elevators, but they will lift and lower your suitcases. The laundry is a separate delight

New, clean hotel, conveniently located, all the necessary infrastructure nearby (shopping center, exchange offices, coffee shop, fruit shops, bus stop), you can have a hearty breakfast in the hotel restaurant (cost about 300 soms)

The location is great. The staffs are very friendly. The room is quite spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. One comment: the wall is a little thin so you might be able to hear the sound of your neighbours.

Guys at the reception answer and help with all questions. Right around the corner is a cafe mubarak, where for little money you can eat great and tasty

The feeling of striking gold when you least expect it, that’s how it was when I checked into Pristine Hotel! Truly beautiful and funky hotel with amazing interior, bedroom and shower room were modern and new! Bed was super comfortable, slept very well! Rooms gave coffee, tea etc provided inside them, with filtered water available in the landing of each floor

Breakfast was generous, plenty of options for everyone, loved the welcome! Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and easy to find, I walked from the square area and had no issues

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage

The private facilities are clean, high quality and the lake beach is incredible, especially for a night swim! The food is healthy and prepared with heart and soul. I would stay again and again without hesitation

We had a great experience at De Mar hotel. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Facilities all worked, were spotlessly clean and functioned as required. The room was quiet and comfortable

There was a laundry service which we tool advantage of at a very reasonable price. The location is great for town and right next to the river. The hotel allowed us to do some much needed maintenance on the bikes

We had two stays here - the first we were in a great room, spacious and good bed. The second unfortunately in one of the ones right by reception which are smaller and noisey from reception

But if you crave for coffee in the morning, you will have to go downtown (i would recommend in the future to get a coffee machine with good beans)

The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Sulaiman-Too Sacred Mountain. However, you’ll need a taxi to reach downtown Osh. Our room was located behind the reception area, and we had no major issues with it overall

Hotel location is optimal: not too far from city Center and located close to best cafe Faiza. Every day new options, always fresh and tasty. We will be staying there next time we come

If you’re one of those diplomatic types that I’ve met in this country that like to tell you how much they can expense to their government, while ironically there aren’t enough social programs back home because “we need to find the funding,” sure go for it

Yes, it has traditional Kyrgyz items hanging throughout, including beautifully made shyrdak (elaborate carpet art made from felt), komuz (stringed instrument made from wood) and ornamental lamps which we couldn’t help but photograph repeatedly

Yet the hotel needs to be more than a showcase for local artisans. The breakfast was minimal and it felt like we were in a cheap bed and breakfast or hostel, not a $200 plus hotel for one night

If you have a car then no issues. The only reason for me to stay there was it was very close walk to Asian mall. Which really is nothing special. Yes they have a food court with some decent restaurants

My only regret os I just was there for 2 nights. Looking forward to my next trip

The room is good the bathroom is sink is tight to the toilet is the only flaw. The breakfast although not a huge spread it was tasty. To be honest I didn’t like the part of town for walking

Baytur Resort & Spa is truly an amazing place to stay! I originally had a reservation at another resort, but my tour guide asked me, “Why haven’t you booked Baytur instead?”—and I’m so glad I listened

I slipped and fell even though I kept trying to clean it up. It needs to be Caulked/Sealed around the tub and all cracks. We have told the front desk three times and they evidently don’t care

When you pay good money to a resort, you need to have good service. Having someone that understands what you are telling them is very important!!!!!

There needs to be someone at the front desk who can speak impeccable English. We tried to tell them that our Refrigerator didn’t work, and our tub leaked causing water to be on the floor

The other drawbacks is that i had my medicine with me which require fridge to keep cool it was working but it didnt cool the medicine and when i tried to call the reception the phone didnt work and i asked my friend in the other room to check there fridge and the phone also didnt work thats why i gave the service 2 stars only
