We booked a room and paid for it. When we arrived at the hostel, the owner was very rude - swearing all the time and repeating in Russian that there are no free rooms and we have to leave. So we wasn't able to stay in the prepaid room. Terrible experience.

All hotels in Bishkek are very clean! The room in this hotel is very small. When I showered, water leaked into the corridor, and then flowed from the corridor through the gap under the door into the floor of the room. Very bad! The room is unimaginably small, and the price is still high. The price is obviously higher than other hotels nearby. The Chinese service is fake. Only the boss can speak a little Chinese, and he didn't answer the phone. There is no elevator in the hotel. The stairs welded with steel are extremely steep, extremely narrow, and the step height is inconsistent. It is too difficult to drag the suitcase to the third floor. The location is also remote. It is not recommended to stay!

The hotel has a public toilet. The whole hotel feels like a temporary building. There is no Chinese service at all. The deposit has not been refunded yet. The hotel phone is turned off and the hotel cannot be contacted by phone. I hope Ctrip will investigate it carefully. The price is also very high for the local area. In short, it is very bad 👎🏻

Overall a good hotel but it was quite hot. I tried to open the window but a lot of mosquitoes came. I would add mosquito nets to the windows, plus I would buy fans and a room, they are cheap but add comfort

It’s mentioned as 3star , don’t fool. it but nice place clean & new . It’s located in 4 km from city centre, osh market & main bus station 2km near Staffs very friendly &h helpful

It was a great stay, a freshly renovated place. The only problem was the lack of warm water in the evenings
