Hotel by Tchibo in Bishkek

It is my second time in Bishkek and I am choosing this hotel again and again. Very good price and comfortable, clean, simple. Oh , the cafe on the first floor is the reason im coming back again and again million times. It’s borsh soup, burger, Kyrgyz konyak 🔥💯🤌. Hotel is in a city center as well. Convenient to walk around and chill to any museums and shopping malls.

Sk hotel and La baguette cafe staff are super friendly and speaks well English!
They also have billiard and tennis room for 500 som per hour! Simplistic yet very comprehensive 💯💯💯.

Got to say they have improved a lot from what I have read in the reviews.
Easy check in process. Young and vibrant English speaking staff who was always helpful.
Location was good and close to many landmarks.
Rooms were big enough and toilets were clean. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned the room and made the bed regularly.
All amenities were present.
Breakfast options were minimal and had good scope of improvement. Not sure why there were burgers for breakfast. Plain bread with some butter and jam would be a game changer. Rest of the things are taken care.(from the previous reviews from other guests)
Check out process was smooth.
Tip: their airport shuttle (drop)was very cost effective. Would visit and stay again. Try the coffee from their café La Bugatte.

I sincerely recommend this hotel. A night in a high standard tastefully furnished double room, with a large bed, a collection of towels, a wardrobe with a safe, a spacious en-suite and a view of the sunset over the city was worth 3600 som. In addition, a decent breakfast. On the ground floor there is a very nice cafe open also at night. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the center, but in a nice residential modernist area full of greenery.

Nice hotel. Not very close to attractions but not too much walk. It's OK as you may not find a hotel with private room near attractions with good prices.
It's entrance may be tricky for first time as you have to enter through a cafe called La baguette to the hotel. Staff speak very little English.
There's no (shattaf) in toilet in our room. No fridge.

Great location, good room, very poor and cold bathroom.

The entrance to the hotel is through the coffee shop.

It's sometimes cool that you can hold meetings right there. Since the coffee shop is open 24/7

The staff didn't seem friendly to me.
There was no friendly attitude.

The rooms are clean. Not noisy. But the sounds from the corridor are audible.

The bed linen was clean.

The restroom was equipped with all amenities.

Inexpensive small hotel, breakfast buffet. The room is clean, has everything you need, even a dental kit. Kettle, cups, tea, coffee. Only a refrigerator is missing. On the 1st floor there is a bakery and you can drink coffee / beer / wine.

Good, small hotel. So far everything is new and beautiful. You can rent a bike and ride around the city center

The location is excellent, the breakfast is good, the cafe is top! I would like to wish the hotel to work with the staff to improve the service. Spent 3 nights in the hotel. After the first night, everything is fine, but for some reason they didn’t put an extra roll of toilet paper, but supplemented it with water and hygiene products. After the second night, the cleaning staff decided not to visit the room .... At the reception, one girl is active, and the other is very lethargic and dissatisfied, although she gave out a roll of toilet paper 😁. Just a little attention to small details from the management, and the place will be great!
