The hotel itself is okay and inexpensive. However, as soon as you need assistance, the staff becomes unhelpful, rude, and even offensive. The level of service is far below any reasonable expectations. When I expressed my concerns, I was shocked to be threatened with being kicked out.

Very cosy , relaxed and friendly staff. The location is near the city centre and we couid walk everywhere.

Good location and first day cleanliness after that housekeeping didn't clean the room and receptionist ignored issue and below average breakfast, wouldn't recommend.

I stayed twice in this hotel in my trip in Kyrgyzstan. Unfortunately there were some issues in the communication. I booked a taxi to get to the hotel from the airport but when I arrived nobody waited for me. I took an Yandex Go taxi and I arrived to the hotel. I received a room even if it was very early but when I wanted to enter the room I didn't manage, there was another person in the room!!! Finally I received the room for me. There was a strange smell in the lobby from a room which was under renovation. The hotel is located near to the city center but you have to walk a little bit. Near the hotel there are restaurants, shops, all you need. There is a small parking in front of the hotel. Overall the price for the value is fair. Despite the problems in communication the overall stay was ok.

Very cozy and clean hotel! The atmosphere and culture are top notch! There are robes, slippers, personal hygiene products. Hearty breakfasts and a large selection of pastries and goodies. The location is good, there is a shopping center and a restaurant nearby. The design of the hotel is a whole history of the culture and life of the people.

Service: There are so many things to do in the hotel. I feel that I have not received any professional training and I can't solve any problems.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, quiet neighborhood. You can easily walk to the center of things, but might want a Yandex to get back. Good neighborhood restaurants and easy to access by car.
