Do not stay! This place offers horrible service and safety concerns. The hotel's lack of visible signage is a clear sign of their cheapness, as we couldn't even find the entrance when we arrived. It took over 30 minutes for a single employee to meet us outside and grant us access to the building.
The following morning, the front desk was unattended, and the advertised breakfast never happened. While searching for an employee, a half naked creepy guy only wearing yellow underwear tried to enter my room after seeing my wife enter the room by herself. This guy appeared to be a hotel employee because he ran off into a room directly behind the front desk.
Due to a lack of hotel staff, we had to leave our key at the front desk. We were then forced to carry our luggage down 17 flights of stairs, as a hotel key is required to use the elevator.
This place has zero security and service is nonexistent. Avoid this place and book a real hotel.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!
The room and location is good, BUT TO GET IN TO THE HOTEL IS A NIGHTMARE! There are no signs advertising the hotel, so it took us like 40min until someone came down to let us in since it's not a hotel, it's an apartment building where the top floor is the hotel.
There was no hotel staff available in the lobby at all; maybe the person was sleeping, so the breakfast never happened, and by the time we checked out at 9am nobody was there so we had to take our bags all the way down from the 17th floor to the 1st floor (the emergency stairs) because we lefts the keys at the lobby and the elevators didn't work without a key.
PLUS THERE WAS A NAKED GUY WALKING AROUND THE LOBBY (only wearing underwear) who went out from his room to use a common toilet so when I saw him I run into the room and I told my husband I saw the naked guy... and the guy literally opened the door of my room after seen me running away (I didn't felt safe at all) thank God I was with my husband
Plus there is a nice terrace but its a common terrace so its not safe someone can open the door and break into the room

Very good stay in Bishkek centre, the team who helped us are very friendly and helped with everything. Location is central, we had a nice terrace in front of our room with lovely view of Bishkek! Breakfast was very good as well.

Make sure you have a window before you confirm the room as some rooms have no windows. The terrace is an awesome place to just sit and have drinks. There is an option of only beer, though. So buy your own drinks if you are staying there. Get your own snacks as no food is served. Breakfast is lousy. The room is clean, the bathroom is excellent, and it is valuable for money. Access to the hotel for the first time can get confusing. Call them, and they will open the gate as it is on the top floor of the residential building.

Impossible to get in without a key. We called the hotel before coming as requested. When we got there, we couldn't access the hotel, as you can't go up with the lift without a key. We called the reception again but they didn't answer. We waited for over 40 minutes until the receptionist finally came down to let us in. It was shocking that she didnt even apologise, just said the phone wasnt working (clearly not true as the phone rang).
Breakfast should start at 9 am, but the receptionist was still sleeping on the sofa, we had to wake her up to ask for breakfast.
All in all, the rooms are nice, quiet and good size, but the service was really terrible.

I’ve spent almost 3 weeks in this hotel. Absolutely amazing experience, staff was very attentive and responsive, always been eager to go extra step. Rooms are quite spacious, awesome terrace view, decent brekky. I even was offered spicy ramen on the hangover morning. Definitely the place to come back if visiting Bishkek.

The food differs from other establishments in its excellent, rich taste and at the same time elegant design. Bar, cocktails are straightforward. Service level. The rooms are gorgeous!
