We had two wonderful stays at the Sheraton Bishkek. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service

Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

Even though my time at the property was short due to an early morning flight, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again

Everyone is so hospitable and generous! You see smiling and welcoming faces everywhere. This is the first time I’ve experienced such kind and supportive team members consistently. This is true Kyrgyzstani hospitality

We celebrated my birthday and couldn't have chosen a better hotel for this occasion! We want to thank Aigerim who checked us in with a warm smile and made sure we got a great room, and the ladies dressed in traditional clothing in the lobby (I apologize for not knowing their names) for greeting us every morning during breakfast

But the person who stole our hearts was Aizirek! She constantly delivered exceptional and personalized service and elevated our stay to a new level never experienced by us, and we have stayed at a fair share of Marriott properties

Excellent hotel, comparable to Grand Oberoi in India. The rooms are huge and woody decor. Excellent washrooms… amazing breakfast spread and central location

I had a great stay here. Definitely has a destination hotel vibe rather than standard business one. The decor is quite unique. The location is excellent too, very close to most places walking distance

When I arrived, the air conditioning in y room was turned off and showed 31°C. The manager claimed cooling was impossible due to centralized settings and told me to “wait” till it cools down itself

The hotel was very accommodating. They let us check in early because we had an early morning flight. Then they gave us a late check-out because we had a late flight out.

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

The people of Kyrgyzstan are incredibly kind and friendly ❤️ The hotel’s architecture has such a beautiful antique charm, and the decoration is truly unique

I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast area and informed the staff, but neither the restaurant nor the lobby staff showed any concern or asked for any details. There was no follow-up or progress at all

The location is perfect—right in the city center, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a good variety and fresh options

The hotel is good, the location is great, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the shower hose in the bathroom was broken, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were difficult to use

I had a very pleasant stay at the Orient Hotel in Bishkek. The staff were exceptionally polite and proactive, always ready to help with any request

The rooms are on the smaller side, so I would recommend it more for solo travelers than for families or groups. Overall, a very comfortable stay

My room was cleaned every day and was always tidy and comfortable when I returned. It was also very convenient to have a money exchange on the ground floor of the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money

This was a great place to stay! It was newly built and really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was really convenient that there was a restaurant at the location too

However, it was quite far from central Bishkek and took us about a 30 minute walk to reach anything

Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness. However, because it's a bit far from the city center, I had to take taxis frequently

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a tour of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Rooms were clean, reasonably furnished and the hotel is quiet and very well located, only a short walk from Bishkek’s City Centre

Rooms are large and have high ceilings. The restaurant is surprisingly good. Beers (local) are 2-3 USD for 500 ml. 2 to 3 USD taxi to centre of town. A nice place to stay in Bishkek

Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Breakfast wasn’t the most elaborate but there was plenty, even if eggs had been cooked quite a bit earlier. We enjoyed the pool as somewhere to cool off on a hot day

Very soviet feel to the place and maybe needs a bit of updating but near the city and a small shopping centre over the road

Okay, breakfast is served until 12 noon. The boss speaks fluent English.

It was really nice choose this hotel. The allowed me to enter to the room 3 hours before the check in. The people that works here are so familiar and take caring, specially the guy and the girl from reception

When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry. ” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns

I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room

The gas mask was unexpected 😂 The water in the room is renewed every day. 9Breakfasts are not very varied, but of high quality. There is a good selection of drinks and you can order some dishes for free

Very friendly personnel and service, stayed there for one night in a comfortable and clean room, they ordered for me an airport transfer as well as gave a breakfast box to go (free of charge)

This hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke

Some of the Chinese guests are smoking in the bathroom regardless of the warnings and fines, regardless of the designated balcony on each floor reserved for smokers and a nice patio in front of the hotel

The customer service received from all members of staff is of a very good standard. All staff will go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay. All staff speak and understand English very well

Service was excellent and staff spoke decent english. Breakfast spread is decent and tasted OK. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, which could be a problem for those with mobility issues

Large room, although the decor is basic. The only complaints i have with the room is that's no mini refrigerator. Also, the air conditioning is too small for the room size

UK REVIEW 🇬🇧 The hotel is situated about 30 minutes from Manas International Airport. There are local shops nearby too. First impressions were very good

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. Breakfast is good, and a there are restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and patient.

It is worth climbing the roof for a view of a beautiful mountain panorama. Bridges doesn’t offer five-star accommodation but if I ever have to spend time in Bishkek, I will most likely choose Bridges Hotel again

There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient

Bit remote of the centre but close to Osh bazar. Good room, hot shower, good breakfast.

Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends

Excellent choice in Bishkek. Close to Osh Bazaar and the city centre. We have booked it first in 2021 and I can see the improvements done through the years. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay in Bishkek.

Clean Room location is a little bit far from center but it's ok

Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want

The rooms are fresh and clean, the breakfast was great. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. It was just minutes away from the center of the city , we walked to the national museum in about 10 minutes

I assume the hotel is still new. Interior is nice and they have a small common area outside for bbqs or small gatherings. Everything from the reception was great, we even got to check in early

The hotel is located very far from the center, in a dreary area. It's almost exclusively occupied by groups who are very noisy

The bathroom had a western toilet and nice hot water. The towels were soft and soaps were convenient. The bed was fine, but it was a little harder than I am used to as a Westerner. This is not a complaint; I slept fine

However, if you are accustomed to hotel beds in the West you will find this one a bit harder. The location of the hotel was convenient. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good

They had a good selection of foods including breads, sausages, eggs, yogurt, porridge, coffee, tea, and juices. The breakfast room had enough tables and I never had to hunt for a seat

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage
