This was a business trip, and I was very satisfied with the experience here. The receptionist spoke good English and provided excellent service!

The hotel has a great location, not far from Victory Square and the Bishkek Mosque, and there are also large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. However, for some reason, the bathroom had a persistent odor, which was unbearable unless the door was closed. The heating in the room was faulty; the air conditioner couldn't turn on the heating, so the room temperature was very low, which was quite uncomfortable...

The room was spacious, with a view of the snow-capped mountains from the window. However, the hotel facilities were definitely not comparable to those in China. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The front desk staff could communicate in English.

The best part of the stay here was the breakfast. They servve breakfast which is at part to 4-5 star hotel. Love the variety of food and meat to chose from. The rooms are also quite good facing the mountains and main the road.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . This hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. Great location. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, but their opening hours were really strange and kind of disappointing. There was also a lot of miscommunication regarding the number of full body sized towels needed in our room (there was consistently only 1, but we were two people). Aside from its distance from the city center, it's a pretty good hotel overall. Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs.

The staff's friendliness was the best part. I was particularly grateful that they provided breakfast early, even though I had an early morning tour and didn't think I'd be able to eat. The sauna facilities were also excellent, allowing me to completely unwind after a long day.

Apparently it's out of business right now, but has very nice dining halls, conference hall, gym, swimming pool. But the rooms themselves are very small, sufficient for a weekend stay but too claustrophobic for any stay longer than a week.

A new trip to Bishkek back at the Onyx hotel. Lots of improvement since my last visit. The rooms are refurbished, light and clean. Breakfast room improved and overall was more pleasant. My only regret os I just was there for 2 nights. Looking forward to my next trip.
