This hotel was ok but it was still a littlebit tired and Soviet style. The people who work at the hotel is helpful and speak english. I cannot say i was impressed of the breakfast but it was ok to just get a cup of tea and something to eat before you start a new day. I have stayed here with my kid in March 2019. This is my second stay here. Everything was great. Quiet. Clean. Nice view to the square, you can request the view to the square or to the backyard. Breakfast was good too. The lady makes great omlettes and pancakes. The breakfast is served in the bar on the floor. Before it was on another floor.

This is an excellent property. The hotel is very conveniently located near many interesting attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, etc. Across the street is the Victory Square park, and across the street from that park is a large supermarket with a great deli selection. Based on the promotional price I paid via Agoda.com I am satisfied with the stay. The location is very good and the interior, though in need of sizable maintenance throughout, was pleasant. The only negatives worth mentioning are that the towels smelt quite bad, and no bathroom tissue was present. Aside from these points, the staff were friendly enough and the atmosphere was relaxed.

It is an excellent hotel. Very dedicated and friendly staff. Very high level of hospitality. We felt like living with family. Highly recommend.

Does what it says on the tin - super cheap, we paid £66 for two nights and 24/7 concierge made it easy to check in when our flight arrived at 4am. The bed is really hard but you get what you pay for really

I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels as a flight attendant but I have to say they really are doing an amazing job! Hotel was super clean and the WiFi signal was pretty strong. They have a mini bar.coffee place in the lobby and their customer service was above and beyond! Aidana (the general manager) is pretty switched on and will assist with pretty much everything! Will be coming back here for sure!

I would definitely stay here again. Its clean. Reception is very pleasant, the restaurant staff could not speak English but google translate and hand signals help. The mattress was way too soft. The morning buffet was good. My back was killing me after two nights, so I quickly switched hotels.

Just take note that the single rooms do not come with a bathtub, despite the pictures portraying otherwise. Front desk did her best - there was another single room available so she checked but it was a shower, which I appreciated. There was a decent breakfast spread. For nearby restaurants, I recommend checking out the local canteen , Faiza. I did enjoy my stay overall.
