We had two wonderful stays at the Sheraton Bishkek. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service

Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

Even though my time at the property was short due to an early morning flight, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again

The property features great amenities, including excellent gym facilities, a sauna, and a pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay

We celebrated my birthday and couldn't have chosen a better hotel for this occasion! We want to thank Aigerim who checked us in with a warm smile and made sure we got a great room, and the ladies dressed in traditional clothing in the lobby (I apologize for not knowing their names) for greeting us every morning during breakfast

But the person who stole our hearts was Aizirek! She constantly delivered exceptional and personalized service and elevated our stay to a new level never experienced by us, and we have stayed at a fair share of Marriott properties

Excellent for staying at the hotel or hosting and event there. No matter the cause, hotel staff will help you out

Restuarant bar was good, very attentive service, wide range of international food on the menu. Nice ambience.

Large clean rooms, excellent restaurant too, but without the capability to adjust the room temperature myself. Dastan, who went above and beyond to send me to the airport and helped with my check-in when I had an illness

The room was quite small for the price, leaving little room for movement. Booking via Ctrip was very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located, and the local restaurants are reasonably priced.

The hotel is good, but old. It needs renovation.

I had a great stay here. Definitely has a destination hotel vibe rather than standard business one. The decor is quite unique. The location is excellent too, very close to most places walking distance

The hotel was very accommodating. They let us check in early because we had an early morning flight. Then they gave us a late check-out because we had a late flight out.

Real 5 stars hotel. Great service, breakfast, pool. Staying here the third time and hope to be back again next month.

The people of Kyrgyzstan are incredibly kind and friendly ❤️ The hotel’s architecture has such a beautiful antique charm, and the decoration is truly unique

The hotel is located in the heart of Bishkek, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it very convenient for getting around

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

Food in buffet and restaurants is good and tasty! Nice pool, great location in mountains, hotel is 50 minutes drive from the city and area is safe also very nice! Hotel staff fulfilled some of our requests for insufficient household supplies

I’ve visited this spa several times (in summer, autumn, and winter), and it’s truly a wonderful place 🤩 After paying, you receive a set that includes a bathrobe, towels, and slippers if needed

However, in winter it’s not very comfortable to get there because it’s located in a separate building outside. Next to the pool area there is also a large restaurant where you can have a meal

I really like that there’s an option for those who prefer a more private sauna experience 🧖🏻 From there, you can move to the main pool area either through a corridor or by going outside

The pool itself is very large, and the greenery around it creates a really pleasant atmosphere. There is also another sauna near the pool that can be used by everyone

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable

Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The amenities like pool, sauna, gym were incredible. Id recommend staying at a really nice AirBnB then this

The hotel was wonderful and the staff made their best effort to give us the most enriched experience of Kyrgyzstan and Bishkek. 10/10 would recommend, 10/10 will stay again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, quick service. Rooms were cold and a strange selection of breakfast foods. Dinner lunch pack they gave was amazingly good.

Stayed at this hotel for one and a half day. Personnel were polite and very helpful. Everything was perfect the food room and all.

The place is best for big parties but if you want to enjoy your company it would be more classy since the place is calm and comfy

The ambience is amazing and the hospitality yet more. The menu is somewhat traditional but the teas are so good

On the day of our early departure, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast, which was much appreciated. The rooms were a little inconsistent

The highlights included the generous buffet breakfast, which offered a wide range of options such as Georgian khachapuri and Japanese sushi

They went out of their way to help us locate our missing luggage from the airport and arranged airport transfers for us

We stayed twice at the Garden Hotel and Spa and overall had a very pleasant experience

In one of our stays, the kettle and TV were not working, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, we genuinely enjoyed both visits and appreciated the service and hospitality

It was really nice choose this hotel. The allowed me to enter to the room 3 hours before the check in. The people that works here are so familiar and take caring, specially the guy and the girl from reception

Right next to ala too square. Easy accessible. Rooms are spacious. Reception and service are ok ish. Not proactive like a ‘4star Hotel’. Have a sauna, swimming pool and arrange airport transfers.

When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry. ” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns

I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room

Really cool place for holding meetings. Clean, neat and the food is great. We really enjoyed our time at a conference which was held there. Nice and extremely polite staff, central location, clean toilets.

There was also a lot of miscommunication regarding the number of full body sized towels needed in our room (there was consistently only 1, but we were two people)

We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, but their opening hours were really strange and kind of disappointing

Also, despite having a pool, for some reason, the pool is closed between 10 am to 6 pm! This is Prime swimming time particularly in summer. We ended up here by chance after our booked accommodation fell through

Beautiful views and territory. Nice pool. Awesome bar on the roof. Needs to be refreshed. A bit far from the downtown. Fresh air is the compensation.

Apparently it's out of business right now, but has very nice dining halls, conference hall, gym, swimming pool

Minus points: Hotel is about 3km from the centre, rooms are tired, there is an extra charge of 700 Soms (9 Euros) per person per day to use the swimming pool, aircon was noisy but ineffective

the staff are so friendly speciallyZarina, I can compare it with the hotels that we have in the United Arab Emirates, one point only , its good if they can add international food for breakfast

The coffee shop at the reception area is a great place to enjoy one of the best Americano coffee I have ever had in addition to the green marble and fantastic chairs

Dayana at the lobby helped me a lot to get dinner from a nice restaurant. She was very friendly and helpful

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kausar Hotel. One of the cleanest, modest, hospitable and safe Hotels in Kyrgystan. Price is fair and reasonable for travellers llike us

Stayed for one night and enjoyed it! The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. They also give you shampoo and shower gel bottles as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste which was great! Staff were friendly

I didn’t love the breakfast buffet but there was lots of food so I can’t complain. You can also pay for your stay by card which was ideal

The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft. Breakfast was probably a downside, or at least we weren't able to rate it

The rooms are a slightly run down but the beds are firm and very comfortable. The shower is hot and has excellent pressure. Although there is a pool, it had a lot of leaves in it which was a deterrent for using

I enjoyed the Exercycle in the gym but with no air conditioning, it got too hot to use after 7 am. The dawn chorus so lovely especially to hear such joyful birdsong but it starts up at around 4

30 am! I would recommend this place in Bishkek because of the kind and friendly staff

It was an ok hotel but pretty basic. Instead of Rich, I'd call it lower middle class. It was clean and comfortable but the rooms were a bit cramped.

Very soviet feel to the place and maybe needs a bit of updating but near the city and a small shopping centre over the road

The location is wonderful - it's just beside Victory Square and the Circus, and it's not a far walk from Ala-Too Square on a mild day. Any destination not walkable from the hotel is a very cheap YandexGo trip away

The only true issue I can think of is that the nighttime staff is haunted by a malcontent male receptionist (he has a large scar on the right side of his head) who wants nothing to do with non-Russian speakers

I cannot say i was impressed of the breakfast but it was ok to just get a cup of tea and something to eat before you start a new day. The bed was good but i was missing a movie channel in english on the tv

Apparently, I asked him too many questions about Kyrgyzstan, so he refused to answer me and instead summoned a female staff member to assist me every time after that

The "junior suite" (at $50 a night) is an incredibly spacious room for one traveler, and the air conditioning and comfort of the bed were wonderful

A really good hotel. Located in a residential neighbourhood with lots of shops nearby. It’s also only a 15 minute walk to the center of Bishkek. My room was very clean, and the pool was a nice feature.

It was very hard to find at night. Took the taxi driver 30 mins circling around the block to find the hotel entrance! Takes about 30 mins to walk downtown. However, the receptionist was very helpful

The hotel is a villah, gives a feel of home stay and ambience and interior setup classic. At desk, very efficient and cooperative Meriyam, Guljaan,Marzagul humans. Overall peaceful and pleasant

Staff were especially helpful in dealing with unexpected problem with my taxi driver. They have a fixed fee arrangement for taxi to airport. Place is charming and beautiful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

On the plus side, the linens were clean, towels fresh, and slippers were provided. They offered to move us to an "upgraded" room, which we checked out – it was indeed spacious, looked newer, and was more pleasant

We are glad to inform you that we`ll opening of the summer pool bar in June! Around the water will be able to accommodate 150 people. This place is perfect for big celebrations in MaryPark!

The hotel has seen better days. Rooms are very spacious bathroom are clean and pretty good. Bar and restaurant are closed unfortunately. The hotel manager is doing his best for clients to feel comfortable

The room was nice with the huge bath. Air con a bit weak and they wouldn't let me check in early despite the place being empty. The addition to use pool facilities was very expensive and not worth it

The people who "worked there?" were fine and English was spoken by one. There was underfloor heating in the bathroom and a fridge, as well as good air conditioning. Some soaps and shampoo, combs etc

The kettle had a different outlet to the wall and the white "gowns" were stained with brown patches. I don't recommend staying here when equally priced, yet better alternatives are available

Likewise the room had noticeable spots of dirtiness, especially the carpet, and people had evidently been smoking in there. In fact, for my 8 nights, the smell of smoke was continuous
