In general, the staff were extremely respectful, helpful, and well-intentioned. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Apart from breakfast, we did not have the opportunity to try any other meals at the hotel. Nevertheless, the breakfast items were quite good both in terms of taste and product quality. Considering the hotel’s location, I can also say it was good. When I travel somewhere, I like to stay again at places where I had a good experience before. In this sense, when I think about this hotel, the answer to whether I would choose it again when I return to Bishkek would definitely be yes.

Good room , good service , good location , but HOLY fix the wifi please. Literally the worst hotel wifi I've ever experienced.. -2 stars deducted only cause of that

During our stay in Kyrgyzstan, we stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and local eateries, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.

ZERO RATE
Hello,
I stayed at this hotel for almost a week, planning to rely on it and not change hotels because the location was nice and close to everything. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be the opposite of what I expected.
I was misled by the hotel regarding transportation. We were told that the hotel would provide us with a private taxi, and we confirmed many times with the reception whether it was free or paid. They clearly told us it was free and that a taxi would take us to the airport. Even before reaching the hotel, we double-checked, and at no point were we asked to pay or informed of any charges. We stayed more than one day at the hotel, and no one ever mentioned that the taxi was paid — as they had confirmed it was free.
The real shock came on our checkout day when returning to the airport. We again confirmed with them whether the taxi was free or paid, and they reassured us. However, upon arriving at the airport, the driver demanded payment — not only for the return trip but also for the taxi that was arranged on our first day.
What should I call this?
We immediately contacted the hotel from the airport and asked them directly: Did you tell us that the taxi was free and that we shouldn’t pay anything?
Their answer was yes — they admitted it.
I am sharing this so everyone can be careful and double-check everything 100% to avoid going through what we experienced.
As for me, I want to say thank you to this hotel — you taught us a lesson we will never forget. I will never repeat this mistake anywhere else.

This was a business trip, and I was very satisfied with the experience here. The receptionist spoke good English and provided excellent service!

The hotel has a great location, not far from Victory Square and the Bishkek Mosque, and there are also large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. However, for some reason, the bathroom had a persistent odor, which was unbearable unless the door was closed. The heating in the room was faulty; the air conditioner couldn't turn on the heating, so the room temperature was very low, which was quite uncomfortable given the recent cold snap in Bishkek. This hotel seems to cater to many tour groups, as there were many tour groups eating breakfast every morning during our two nights, making the food supply slow and inefficient. Overall, it was okay, but these details were not handled well.

The room was spacious, with a view of the snow-capped mountains from the window. However, the hotel facilities were definitely not comparable to those in China. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The front desk staff could communicate in English.
