I was given room 304 which looked extremely dated, furniture was significantly damaged and there was a gross dusty smell in the room. At about 11pm, I noticed bed bugs crawling over the bed. The staff visited my room with a fly swatter which obviously wasn’t going to solve the problem. I then insisted on getting a new room. I was given room 204 which was better than the first. However, this room also unclean with hair all over the mattress.
There are much better and cheaper hotels around. Check out Bugu Hotel which is also in the area which is not only cheaper but also clean!
Kind staff, provided lunchbox for an early departure. Need some renovation.
