We stayed at Karven Four Seasons with family and were genuinely so impressed. The entire place is spotless, calm, and beautifully maintained, every little detail is taken care of, and you can really feel it

It’s peaceful, green, and just incredibly pleasant to walk around. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and super quiet ideal for families, but also perfect for hosting business events or retreats

I finally got to take a dip in the famous Isskul Lake. The resort was welcoming and beautifully designed. The overall atmosphere was good.

The hotel is not bad, it is well located in relation to the exit to the ski resort, but the administration's attention to comfort and everyday details is lacking, often the sockets do not work, there is no hot water, or other little things are broken or missing altogether

All this costs a penny, but spoils the overall impression (despite the fact that, overall, everything was done well). Here, probably, the question is more for management (which is a bit “soviet”)

I think if the hotel owners eliminated these shortcomings, the hotel would have many times more clients, since there are many advantages (location, comfort, price, free parking, etc

- There are small little things, such as broken hangers in the bathroom, a faulty shower in the stall, they forgot to put toilet paper or a towel, etc

The room, while having a noticeable furniture smell upon entry, was spacious, with a clean and tidy bathroom. The absence of noise from neighboring rooms was a plus. The view from the room was very pleasing

The hotel offers great amenities including a swimming pool, spa, kids’ play area, and a couple of restaurants. The breakfast was decent and met my expectations

We asked for a taxi to the bus station but taxi took us to the border! We had to get the taxi to return to the bus station not too far away otherwise we could not get our bus

Very big room. Comfortably furnished. Service superb! Went way above what could be expected, when I forgot my passport. They even knew before me and made sure to get it too me.

We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket

If you really want to enjoy a sunrise at the glacier. you should visit tooAshu pass on osh-bishkek highway. It is also a Ski resort. I love the low temperature of this place Which is almost below 0⁰c.

The placement of a ski base in very interesting and beautiful. It a place which you have to visit at least one and try. They have small cafe so you won’t get hungry. There is of course downsides

It a very good ski base to star learning skis or snow board. Cause the path is not very interesting to advanced skiers/ snowboarders. But any one will love the view from the top of a mountain

The hosts, Kalyc and Aidai, are fantastic, friendly, and welcoming. Kalyc was our guide for the trek we took to Jyrgalan. Despite the adverse weather, it was spectacular to admire the view and sleep in the yurts

Early in the morning, the beautiful flowers and lawn were watered, and the paths were cleaned. There are several restaurants, shops, and bars on the grounds. The prices were the same as in town, no more expensive

For those looking for entertainment, the Golden Sands resort (Ferris wheel, slides, etc. There's an alley of cafes and restaurants. There's a Sunday market nearby (you can buy fish and honey at home)

There's clean drinking water from the tap (they have their own deep well). If you need your room cleaned, please notify the hostess (she dispatches cleaning staff on request; there's no set cleaning schedule)

We were more than satisfied with Skif Murok. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The property was lovingly maintained and cleaned; everything was spotless

I decided to go ahead and heat our food in the microwave, but it was not cleaned at all. We washed all the cutlery we wanted to use as it was for our daughter and you could see that the cutlery was just water washed

We only went here for food, not sleep, but it was excellent. Very generous portion for 300 som per person. We had arranged dinner the day before, not spontaneously!

We booked a quadruple room as the description mentioned about a kitchen with kitchenware. When I entered the shared kitchen, there were no vessels that i could use for the stove top

Great hostel in the middle of the Town with the owner and the whole family who are super welcoming and supportive for giving tips and sharing contacts for eagle tour. All the room and the bathroom/shower are super clean

Family running the guest house were very nice and helpful! Reccomend doing the carpet making show at the back of the guest house and go to their souvenir shop they have amazing hand made things!

But most importantly, the family are so warm and generous. They really made me feel at home, and went out of their way to help me recover a lost phone (left in a car on the way there)

Our stay at the house in Karakol was truly exceptional, largely thanks to Kirill, the manager. He was incredibly so nice, attentive, and welcoming, making sure every aspect of our visit was tailored to our needs

Very nice and helpful owner, he can provide and organize almost everything in karakol, like trekking, motorcycling and horse riding in all the beautiful mountains that characterize this wonderful place

Perfect clean and quiet place to have good rest after climbing, skiing and sightseeing! Breakfasts are great, they even make brewed coffee! Nice garden in the summer with flowers and fresh apples

Best accomodation we had in Kyrgyzstan. Hosts are very hospitable, especially if you understand little bit of Russian/other slavic languages. The only downside are the beds, which are little bit less comfortable

The owners are super kind and always ready to help. We did the Ala Kul trekking and they kept our big backpacks for free. The last day the owner even took us to the bus station to help us take the right marshrutka

Sergei is the best host! He took really good care of us before and after the hike to Ala Kul. The breakfast is amazing and Bella is a super cute dog.
