Intour Karakol in Karakol

Regular customer of this hotel. I’m going to Karakol for the opening and closing of the ski season.
Pros:
- A good, solid hotel, located close to the city center;
- Low prices;
- Simple but satisfying breakfast;
- Parking is free;
Cons:
- Heating. Towards the evening they turn it on, and during the day, while all the guests are at the base, they turn it off, apparently to save money. Not to say it's cold, but when you come back from the mountains, it's a little chilly. Heaters solve the problem. At night, it’s warm, even hot.
- There are small little things, such as broken hangers in the bathroom, a faulty shower in the stall, they forgot to put toilet paper or a towel, etc. All this costs a penny, but spoils the overall impression (despite the fact that, overall, everything was done well). Here, probably, the question is more for management (which is a bit “soviet”).
I think if the hotel owners eliminated these shortcomings, the hotel would have many times more clients, since there are many advantages (location, comfort, price, free parking, etc.).
I give it a solid 4, in any case, the hotel has the best price-quality ratio, I will continue to go.

I am a regular guest at this hotel. I like the homely atmosphere and service. The staff does their job very well. The rooms are warm, the bed is very soft and clean. And not expensive at all. The hotel is not bad, it is well located in relation to the exit to the ski resort, but the administration's attention to comfort and everyday details is lacking, often the sockets do not work, there is no hot water, or other little things are broken or missing altogether.
