Issyk-Kol Hotel in Balykchy

Had a great stay here. The rooms have en-suites and are extremely spacious, very clean and super comfortable. The hosts offer superb friendly service, when I asked about the location of a local restaurant, they drove me there. Ample breakfast is included. Highly recommend. Thankyou

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were huge. The bathroom was separated from the shower, which is always a plus, and it had a proper European-style setup. Breakfast was quite complete – not a buffet, but everything was nicely prepared in advance, with a mix of yogurt, sweet options, and some savory items. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room even had a Smart TV.

The staff helped us a lot, arranging a taxi to the station the next day so we could get to Karakol, and also gave us different kinds of useful information. We were also able to have two big bags of laundry washed for just 300 som, and it was ready the next day, which we really appreciated.

Both check-in and check-out were very easy. The area around the hotel is quite quiet, but you can easily take a taxi anywhere for about 90 som. Overall, an excellent and very convenient stay.

Great hotel, loads of parking outside, the lady running it was very friendly and smiley.
Rooms were massive, very clean and tidy, breakfast was great and got so much to eat!

A friendly welcome and despite the language problems all went very well. Wifi was initially not working but they fixed this adequately and quick. Breakfast freshly prepared on time. Overall a perfect experience!
