Akun Hotel in Kara-Oy

Pros - landscaped area with trees, flowers, paths and benches.

Cons:

- Quality of food, not tasty and not balanced, on the 4th day of cafeteria as an alternative.

- Noisy - got a room where loud music plays nearby day and night. In other parts of the boarding house, too, attract customers with loud music, even at night, till 1 am.

- The plumbing should have been updated.

- Weak organization.

The price for a room is 125 usd per day, even with a 20% discount, which is clearly too high. Zero chance to return.

There are also several things that are clearly missing:

1. Mosquito nets on the windows - it's stuffy with the windows closed, and opening the windows attracts mosquitoes.

2. Laundry services or just washing/drying machines - near the lake, due to the high humidity, everything dries poorly, and not everyone would wash by hand.

3. Safes in the rooms - the administrators of the guesthouse are not responsible for valuables in the room, and they suggest carrying valuables to the reception. It's not very convenient to constantly carry things somewhere.

If I could I would give 0 stars. This place is awful, the service is terrible. The bathroom was all mouldy, no soap, which was informed that was included, the meals, which are included are terrible, you wait 2 hours for your meal and the quality is terrible. I found hair in my lunch. I don’t recommend. Use your money to stay in a better place
