Ak-Bermet Hotel in Kara-Oy

We are deeply grateful to the wonderful staff at the hotels we stayed at during our time in Issyk-Kul. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, genuine hospitality, and big smiles that made us feel right at home.

Every detail -- from the clean and cozy rooms to the delicious breakfasts, lunch, dinner and peaceful atmosphere -- was thoughtfully prepared. What truly made our stay special, though, was the people. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and attentiveness throughout our visit. We stayed at block 2. Therefore, huge thanks to all the girls from block 2 and girls from the restaurant, specially the chef Saykal Sultanova and Madina Savysheva! ?? You went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

Issyk-Kul's natural beauty is unforgettable, but it's your care and hospitality that made our experience truly meaningful. We leave with full hearts, sweet memories, and a deep appreciation for everything you did.

I was there this June – my friends and I stayed in a two-story wooden cottage. The furniture was old, as were the renovations. But I don't require ideal conditions in Issyk-Kul. There's something special about this rustic vacation. The hotel has beautiful, spacious grounds. Luxurious roses, birch, pine, and spruce trees. There's a huge pier, a fantastic beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Free access to the hot springs (until 12:00 PM). Excellent, delicious food. We had a large group, and we did yoga on the pier in the morning, then swam – it was just pure joy! Building 2 has been well renovated, which is why the prices have gone up, of course. But I don't like the very small rooms there. The only thing is that the two-room suites are fantastic. If you really value amenities, book buildings 2 and 3.

I came here again in August. I stayed in Building 1. It hasn't been renovated yet. Everything is old. But the rooms are sooooo big! And the price is reasonable. The TV, fridge, and kettle all worked. The sheets were white and clean. It was warm, bright, and wonderful! The only thing that let us down was the housekeeping. The girls were lazy. They couldn't see anything unless you pointed your finger at them. We checked into our room and found sunflower seed skins on the floor and carpet. We asked them to vacuum it. Okay. There was a rug with the same skins nearby. Until we asked a second time, no one moved. A small thing, but unpleasant. They seem to be indifferent to their work. And yet, that's what adds up to the overall impression.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation!
I'll definitely be back next year!

A very relaxing spa. It has both an indoor pool and an outdoor spa.
Try dipping in an ice-cold pool and hot spa together.

We rested in this wonderful boarding house in building 1 with 301 rooms. We were extremely pleased!
The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The maids took a responsible approach to their duties and performed them perfectly!
Special thanks to the canteen workers. The chefs tried their best and surprised us with a delicious and varied menu. The waiters were always very polite and friendly.
