The hotel itself is fine but the rooms are looking dated and seem smaller than average. Basic furniture and equipment. My room was opposite a noisy nightclub which wasn’t helpful. Time for the hotel to invest in an upgrade.

Clean and nice rooms. Had no view from the room which was little disappointing. The breakfast was good and the facilities in general was nice. Location is perfect in relation to restaurant and Riga old town. Renate in the restaurant bar did an awesome job serving us.

The overall hotel facilities are complete and comfortable. It faces the river. Although the room is on a lower floor and does not have a river view, you can see it after walking a few steps outside. The passage leading to the gym is under renovation and the formaldehyde smell is unpleasant.

The places is perfect to get to old town easily. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and neat. And there was even pool table on one of the floors. 5/5. Though some people might have an issue with the sounds coming from the corridor since it isn’t very isolated. For me it was’t an issue.

We had long weekend at Riverside hotel, front desk service was very good and very friendly! Location is good, everything is I walkable distance- restaurants, bars and stores! Hotel have nice SPA! A very nice hotel with a great welcome. We arrived early and only paid an extra 10 euros to get our room immediately, which was very reasonable. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The location was also very good. Nothing to complain about, it was perfect.

The breakfast was very poor, the room was full of trash when I checked in, there were no slippers or a robe and they weren’t given to me when I asked, there were no toiletries in the room except for a shower cap and shampoo.

The location was good, most tourist spots were within walking distance and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was convenient. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out service was also good.

The location is great, and taxis are readily available right outside. Using Bolt to hail a taxi in Riga is very convenient. As a Radisson brand hotel, it has everything you'd expect. The room design is quite unique, balancing practicality and visual appeal. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the omelettes are just right 👍 Highly recommended!

Underwhelming. The general hotel is nice but the rooms are quite modest and the housekeeping service was spotty — no soap in the shower, missed service one day of two. Located across from a nice park but not near the old town. From desk staff were the highlight though — very nice and friendly.

This huge (444 beds) former "Moevenpick" Hotel in the outskirts of Riga can be a good value (see below) but shows its age (potentially from 1990 not much rennovated. The parking space is offered as "free" but capacity is limited and you might park on public areas (as long as this is free to all, hotel will keep their parking "free" - I suppose soon private parking management will start (charge impertinent...

Just got back from our stay at The Grand Poet, everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff where friendly and very helpful. The spa was very nice and we had a wonderful full body massage. Would recomend The Grand Poet to anyone visiting Riga, also a great location as only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town.

Wonderful hotel and spa. Everything perfect, except hard bed (ask for a top mattress), breakfast not to top Norwegian "Thon" standard and with annoying "music", and shower in the slippery bathtub and with blender instead of thermostat. Not hindering a great weekend in Riga.

Very nice hotel. The wellness oasis had several different saunas, the salt sauna was very appreciated. Nice, clean room, with a great view of the green surroundings from our 8th floor. Breakfast had something for every taste. Will visit again sometime!

I didn't stayed in a hotel there but I always visiting the spa centre. I like to get professional massage there with pearl bath. Good price €130 for a couple one hour massage and 30 min pearl bath. Very good staff.

We stayed for just one night and absolutely loved the experience! The highlight was the unlimited access to the stunning spa, which felt both relaxing and luxurious, definitely worth it. We also treated ourselves to a romantic massage for two, and honestly, it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had. A truly memorable stay, even if only for one night.

Located in a modern and newly developed area, this hotel offers beautiful rooms and excellent service. Riga is an amazing city — I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Park Inn hotel. Nice room in a quite big as hotel. The hotel has a restaurant. The breakfast is quite good. Unfortunately there are not enough seats to accomodate all the people that can stay in the hotel.

Location is not very good, however they are not far from the center (by car/taxi). The area is a bit weird and the arrival is quite complicated. The receptionist are unpleasant, unprofessional und the management should look after a training for them how to behave. Very nice and spacious rooms, hotel staff are constantly tidying up your rooms, providing chocolates and water. The main issue I encountered in this hotel was that their WiFi wasn’t stable, and I wasn’t able to have my online meetings properly. Tried switching to my own mobile data but network was bad too in the rooms.

A very large hotel, ideally located right next to Riga's Old Town. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and there's a good Asian fusion restaurant.

Superb location next to Old Town Riga.. comfortable rooms,  excellent breakfast and moreover - very child friendly. Our two grandchildren 5 and 2  loved the playroom. Reception staff so helpful and obliging - special mention to Inga.  Would love to return - hopefully soon. Will recommend.

The room door is not soundproof. The outside noise in the early morning was really annoying.

I think it is overrated and not the same as the picture, a bit tired hotel, location is good, but if wanted to go bus station with baggage, you may need to climb multi stair case to across to opposite. Breakfast offer sparkling wine is plus point,food is more towards to local delight, if the room arrange in 1st floor, fews staircase need to climb as well, no issue if small baggage

The Spa treatment, was provided by an excellent technician and I appreciated the after treatment tea area. 5 stars for the spa. 4 stars overall because reception was less than inviting, specifically one of the two women being of a very grumpy disposition and incompatible for the role greeting people.

Nice, modern, and clean hotel just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful Baltic white sand beach. We stayed in a standard double room – it was quite small, but very well designed, with a tea kettle, minibar, and a convenient option to refill a carafe with fresh drinking water anytime. Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast. The only disappointment was having to pay extra for access to the spa (which needs to be pre-booked, by the way), but it was still worth it. Would probably stay there again, if I come to Riga again.

The quality of the hotel is not equal to the price we paid. The rooms do not look high-quality. (The picture I've attached shows the area next to the taps when we entered the room.) The hotel's location is right in the city center, and it's an 8-10 minute walk to the bus station. We were given a slightly different room on the top floor, and the bathroom was really cold. Otherwise, everything was fine. The breakfasts were delicious and varied.

Great location close to the airport (about a 15–20 minute walk, or accessible by bus 22 or taxi). The bed was very comfortable. There is a decent fitness room. However, for light sleepers like me, it’s worth noting that there can be loud music nearby until late at night.

Generally speaking the location of this hotel is OK. Free parking is a big plus but it will heavily now depend which side of the hotel you get your room. Good hotel, great location, good breakfast. The problem, like most hotels in Riga's Old Town - no parking! So if you're traveling by car, I suggest you do your homework in advance about where to leave your car. And it won't be cheap.

The location is great - close to tram/train/bus and walking distance to old town. Quite charming as well but not by any means particularly comfortable. The beds are very hard and the AC was not adjustable (except the fan speed but I'm still unsure if it was actually cooling or heating...).
