The stay was very good. The location is excellent and very convenient. The room was comfortable and we slept well.
The only issue was that the reception staff did not inform us in advance about possible extra charges (such as the minibar).

Stayed here from 1st–2nd December (weekday trip). Good hotel overall with a surprisingly strong SPA for this price range.
SPA — 5/5
Very clean pool and jacuzzi, great lighting, calm atmosphere. Open until 21:00. Best part of the stay.

Clean and quiet, but the shower cabin is a bit small and as a couple we received two separate single blankets instead of one double, which felt strange. Otherwise comfortable.

Not very clean. I took on discount (then it was worth to pay), but not on full amount. Premises are not very clean. For 4* hotel I was expecting more. The spa is tiny but nice (p.s. be careful when you go in shower during spa. The walls have not been cleaned). The room was casual. In room and spa I noticed water problems - when a person is taking shower, the water is not going away easily. The spa costs 18eur per person (not sure if the best option. If staying in hotel, some better options nearby available).

I stayed a night there, in the early evening some heavy machinery was making very loud sounds and make the whole shower shake for an hour. After checkout i realized i forgot a bag of mine in the room, so i came back the next day to try to get it back, the stuff was super rude and not helpfull, after asking enough times, they "checked" and said yeah, we threw it away. Absolutly unacceptable

My 7-day stay at this so-called 4-star hotel was extremely disappointing. The room floor was never cleaned, and the bed sheets were not changed even once. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming four stars.
Your website advertises free access to the pool and sauna, yet when I arrived, I was told I had to pay extra. This is misleading and dishonest.
The room amenities were also substandard: only one coffee sachet, two tea bags, and very small towels. Nothing about this stay reflected proper 4-star service.
I expected much better. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast.
The only disappointment was having to pay extra for access to the spa (which needs to be pre-booked, by the way), but it was still worth it.
Would probably stay there again, if I come to Riga again.

The bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in. The facility looked very old. But location is good between the old town and bus station

The quality of the hotel is not equal to the price we paid. The rooms do not look high-quality. (The picture I've attached shows the area next to the taps when we entered the room.) There are some cleaning problems in the rooms. The breakfast is average. The location is good. It's 10 minutes from the bus stop. It's in the old city. The reception is helpful.

Expectations met, not exceeded. We had a four-night-stay in Riga. On the arrival we were checked in instantly. Our room was on the side of the inner yard so it was quiet and nice and clean as in the photos. In our bathroom, inside the bottle labeled "hair condition" was clearly body lotion, not hair condition so I accidentally "conditioned" my hair with lotion 😂 We visited the spa twice and had some treatments as well, it was very relaxing. Breakfast was versatile but the coffee was not so good. We also had dinner once in the hotel restaurant. Service was fast and kind and the food was good, too.
Hotel location is optimal for browsing the Riga old town.
As our flight left early in the morning, we requested a breakfast pre-packed for us and a taxi service. The taxi was there waiting, but no breakfasts were prepared and the receptionist (different person from the one who wrote down our request) had no information about this so it was a bit unfortunate.
All in all a pleasant stay, worth the money and would visit again.
