Very disappointing and frustrating stay.

The room condition was not at all the same as the pictures shown on the Agoda app. The actual room was poorly maintained, with damaged walls and missing basic amenities. There was no table or dressing table, and the washroom was in very poor and unhygienic condition.

One of the biggest issues was Wi-Fi — there is NO Wi-Fi inside the room at all. Wi-Fi only works outside, which makes absolutely no sense. How is a guest supposed to use Wi-Fi sitting outside the room?

Air-conditioning did not cool properly, the fan was extremely slow, and overall the room was not comfortable or suitable, especially when travelling with family and children.

What made this worse was that the room did not match the photos advertised on Agoda, which feels very misleading. After reporting everything with photos and videos, the issue was still not handled properly.

I would not recommend this hotel. Please be very careful and do not rely on the online pictures.

The worst hotel I’ve ever booked. I booked through Agoda and made a payment — non-refundable. When I went to check in, the receptionist was extremely rude and told us rudely that the rooms were already fully booked. It wasn’t just us; there were 3 other families who were also scammed by this hotel. The owner was also very rude and did not try to resolve the problem at all. Instead, they blamed us for booking the room. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It doesn’t deserve any star rating at all.

Worst hotel ever!!! Please don’t book this hotel. There is available room showed in Agoda app. When customer already booked thru Agoda & came to check in, the staff told that all rooms are fully occupied. They didn’t update the available room in system or maybe they sold that room to another customer when the early customer come late for check in. Last night, 4 families didn’t manage to get the room. The staff refuse to help, keep blaming the customer for booking last minute & become rude. Very disappointed with their service. Worst!!!!

Worst service ever. The front desk was unattended for a long time while many guests were waiting to be served. The phone was left on the counter with no staff present. We are not sure whether it was due to short staffing or poor management, but this situation was completely unacceptable.
What made it worse was that the male receptionist only came down from the upper floor after several hours, and very casually informed the guests that the hotel was fully booked — even though we had already made a booking through an app and paid in full. The management was extremely poor as they had given our room to someone else and then asked us to move to another hotel.
When they asked us to transfer to a different hotel, there was no clear explanation about the payment, which felt misleading and dishonest. After arriving at the other hotel, a female Indian staff member with dyed hair behaved in a very racist manner, as she attended to Indian guests first without informing us whether a room was available for us. She served us reluctantly and with a bad attitude.
Because of this poor and discriminatory service, my family and I decided not to spend our money at a hotel that treats guests unfairly based on race. Thankfully, an Indian uncle there treated us kindly, even though we were the ones who had every right to be upset, as we were suddenly forced to change hotels without proper explanation.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The worst hotel ever i went to in malaysia. The room not look like what we see in the picture. Not clean there is jo any cupboards and tables not even a water bottle. I went there for staying 5 night. I can't be there even 1 hour. At midnight I come to the hotel reception ask me to give another room with cupboards they said nothing like that. At 12am me and my mom was facing so many issues there. I ask the manager for the refund. I called him like 20 times not ans the call the receptionist said wait I cl when the receptionist call he ans and talk to me. I tell him all the problem he said u can out from the hotel at 1am midnight. I complain booking platform which trip.com they said only 60% can refund but if only the hotel accepts still now 9 days already never received any update. Please guys do not choose this hotel. The management is very poor

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Hotel, and let me tell you, it was far from a pleasant stay. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of customer service. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by any questions or requests I had.

When I finally got to my room, I was shocked by how run-down and dirty it was.
this hotel is completely unacceptable.

Located at the heart of Batu Ferringhi, many food stalls and restaurants nearby. Also short walking distance to 7-Eleven, pharmacy and dobby.

The bed is terrible, hard and uncomfortable.
The pillow are so dirty and aged. Feel disgusting to sleep on it.

At the first room the wasn't WiFi working so that was nice they allowed me to change the room. Rooms have window. Towels good, bed good, shower good, also AC good. Water provided from dispenser. Receptionists seemed be nice and friendly. Well yeah it could be 5 star reference this unfortunately they wanted me to pay some additional fees (tax) which wasn't mentioned at my online booking - there was only all taxes and fees already included and paid so why should I pay more? No way, it's illegal way! It must be mentioned at my online order to pay more if you want take more... And the manager wanted to report me somewhere although he can't win this and I saved the proof...
