Great hotel for a trip with friends. Clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The amenities were good and the staff was always helpful. 4.5/5 – almost perfect and great value for money!

The location is great, close to Old Town attractions and famous restaurants, all within walking distance from the hotel. However, the room itself wasn't very clean and not soundproof at all. It was very noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep. Or perhaps there was something unseen that I personally felt. If I had to choose again, I'd recommend somewhere else.

Disappointed w the stay.
I booked 3 rooms:
@ All Rooms
- promised Free eSIM at booking site, but staff claimed they didn’t know about it.
- Walls are peeling.
- Water pressure weak.
@ Room 1 - Shower head, tv not working, no toilet paper.
@ Room 2 - Air-Con is always warm. Used two fans to cool ourselves down.

Great location, right in the heart of the shopping district and easy to get around. The hotel was okay, cleanliness was moderate, and they only provided one towel.

The place was fine but the receptionist was quite rude and they could’ve improved the room cleanliness too.

It was better last year when we visited there .
Was a disappointment this time .
Room vas untidy esp under the bed as it clearly shows when the dim blue lights are on .
Arrived there with poor toalett papers and asked for extra ffrom the cleaner .Surprisingly she rejected to offer due to the hotels policy .
Shame shame shame !
Strictly NOT recommend though we stayed only 2 notes .
Location was simply great !

Room TV for display only, nothing to watch, room scan system spoil, fridge not cool at all, aircon also not cool, I heard that so many ppl complain abt that. I confirm not go again, really a terible experience.

The condition of the room walls is not satisfactory. But the air conditioning repair was done quickly after the damage was reported. The cleanliness of the room is quite good.

The location is good. Service was acceptable but nothing outstanding. However, the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations and the amenities provided were quite basic and limited. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay if location is your priority.
