Sakura Elite in Kuala Lumpur

+ The beds were comfortable in the larger room.
- Had to wait forty minutes for the room, even though check-in is at 2pm. Then was told my room wasn't available, so was put into a smaller room than what I paid for for one night. There was water actually pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom at intervals. Got the room I paid for the next day. It was better, but there were roaches around. Stayed for a week and couldn't sleep at night, because music was too loud in the bar upstairs. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Ain't coming here again, room is smelly. No water heater to shower, room is smelly, bedsheet and towel are not white. Bathroom tiles are dirty.

The only one thing good in this hotel is the location, which is near of the Bukit Bentang main street but this hotel fail in all criteria for a good place. the room very small and smelly. there are many small and medium cockroach. The room was not clean at all. there's a water heater and A/C it was not so bad. you can hear the conversation of people in other room and sometimes you will not sleep because a noisy voices of them, even you can know what are they doing inside their room!!!! I cannot sleep in that day because their a some one hit another and shouting and many sounds of damaging things inside the room until early morning! this hotel should have less than one stars. even there's no laundry service you should walk around 1.4 KM to laundry shop.
its not comfortable at all to stay there.
