It's a good hotel, combined with apartments, so you will see some rooms are not under hotel management. Cleanliness is OK, not too clean, not too dirty. Rooms look outdated. TV is broken as per picture. Location is good for shopping near Ariani, Jakel Mall, Jalan TAR and Sogo. Car park charge per entry, RM6.60 per entry, quite limited if you arrive late at midnight. Room small, but not too small, still can put TOTO on the floor and sleep 2 more person. Overall OK.

While the lobby is quite luxurious, the hallways are in a state of disrepair, looking quite dilapidated. However, the in-room facilities are surprisingly complete and the room itself is very comfortable. It's clear that this is an old hotel; the carpets are worn and the air conditioning is noisy. But on the plus side, it's cheap, the room is spacious, and the window view is nice. It's also close to the city center, and there's a convenience store in the lobby downstairs. Overall, it's not bad.
Toothbrushes are an extra charge, and you need to get a hairdryer from the front desk. I recommend bringing your own slippers.

Nice place to stay with a big room and space...suitable for couples and bussiness traveller....near the shopping mall...best rate parking charges for the guest hotel...minimum to enter the parking must Rm 30 and above with touch n go

Several problems disappointed me. Roaches in the room. Appeared every night. Mosquitos in the gym on 9th floor. Once you enter that gymnasium, mosquitos immediately attack your legs especially. Once I've been in the gym I've seen how the rather big rat was moving down along the electric cables outside the window. Though the swimming pool on 8th floor is only 1.2 meters deep it was rather nice. Someone smoked in the area right next to the sign do not smoke, probably someone related to the stuff. It took administrator about 7 minutes to finally give me the key at check-in. I don't know why it took too long because all the paperwork was done before when I first came there. The location of hotel is next to hypermarket. And some tea, creamer and sugar is complimentary.

This is an older property that is well cared for despite renovation needs. The bedding were very clean and fresh smelling. Housekeeping runs a tight ship cleaning and restocking the rooms on a daily basis. The Wifi and aircon are very strong and reliable. The front desk staff are professional and helpful. It's located in a great neighborhood surrounding by shopping and eateries.

The room just ok, the food quite boring. But because of the location and the price, so it's acceptable.

Place full of history~
Oxtails soup is nice, taste like carry, medium sizzling rib eye beef with brown sauce, nice! The best is the lamb shank, sweet & yummy!

A nostalgic restaurant, old but clean and well maintained interior. The food here still have their authentic taste since the days of yester years. Always nice and decent taste and reasonable serving potions and the pricing hardly hiked, just a bit. Love this place and the food and friendly staffs... a rare package nowadays.

We were there because my dad wanted to experience the nostalgic ambience. We'd been to their outlets in shopping malls, and we knew the food weren't superbly delicious. The same goes to this shop. The shop looks old and dusty. Some shop owners can really keep the old and nostalgic feel in a clean and bright way, but it definitely isn't the case.
We walked over from Sogo and I hope for a cooling restaurant but it wasn't the case. The shop is stuffy and we were still sweating at the end of our lunch.
I gave it 3 stars because the shop employs retirees and people that are old but still want to and able to work. *Thumbs up*

Potatos are very very very bad and grey البطاطس سيء ولونه رماديsomewhat, not shiny yellow!!!! Maybe they dont change their oil. I'll upload its photo later.. ive told her to change the potatos and get much more best yellow potatos, umm the new potatos is similar to the grey one for sorrrrrry!
- the cashier haven't treated me like malaysians, she pretend to not hear me when i ask her for something, she havent close the pepsi cup drinks with the usual cover until i ask her to! Also she havent put tissue in my plate until i ask her after i saw her to do all this to other malaysians customers who have orders at the same time as mine. The way she look at me is another bad story. I dont care if she have somethings on arabs or saudis, when she work for someone else (for mac) she must put all her personal attitudes and behavior besides:) i visit this branch at late july2017
