The location of the hotel is really nice and convenient. There is a beautiful park nearby where you can relax, take a walk, or just enjoy some fresh air. The fountain located right behind the hotel also adds a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere to the surroundings. It makes the place feel calm and enjoyable, especially in the evenings. On top of that, the service provided by the staff is very good — they are helpful, friendly, and make sure guests feel comfortable during their stay. Overall, it’s a great place with a good location, nice views, and satisfying service 👍

This hotel is quite good, and its location is a major plus, right next to Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown. You'll find plenty of food options nearby, especially the numerous restaurants in Chinatown. There's also a walking street that closes at 10 PM. Malaysian restaurants are generally excellent and always a good choice; in my opinion, any of them would be highly praised.

Nice location nearest Central Market, Petaling Street & Dataran Merdeka..just walking distance
Room not huge but comfortable for my families..
Trademark for this hotel is infinity swimming pool located in roof top facing with the great view Menara 118 & Kota Raya..
But they closed very quickly around 7:30pm o'clock if i am not mistake..

The cleanliness was not good. The cups were dirty and not even same. We found a diaper under the bed that means they did not clean properly. Linens were smelly. This is not even three star hotel standard, the location was not good for females who go with friends. The staff at the reception was good and entertained after confronting about cleanliness.

The check in process was bad, I ask to check in was told it is check out time from 12-3pm. The receptionist didn't informed when room was ready let me keep asking for room availability. I wasn't informed when I could check in. Room is not very clean, stains in basin and bathroom floor. Stain on towel. Location is good, there is a restaurant at ground level providing good food. Overall is 3 out of 5. Price is good. Could work on check in process.

Excellent stay with fantastic views! I highly recommend everyone to stay here. The price is affordable, and the location is convenient. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough!!!

first of all..the location to crowd and i have a problem to park my car at the basement..the road to close and difficult to enter the car at the basement..more than that..the room so close at the lift and noisy when to many people talking during at midnight..the warm water no to hot when want to bath

Great traditional food with nice art to admire while eating.This place, located at the Mezzanine of Central Market offers Baba Nyona cuisine which is very unique in Malaysia. Baba Nyona are a community of mixed ethnicity consisting of Malay and Chinese ( in a over simplified explanation). And hence, the food is very special. Some dishes here can be pretty spicy and hence you may want to ask the waiter to reduce the spiciness or ask for no spice at all. There are curry dishes, fried, soupy and also finger food. There is a lovely selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. My preference is the Coconut or fresh fruit juices. The environment may be a little noise during peak times as it is usually packed. Best make a reservation to avoid being disappointed. If there is a specific dish you would like to cook in a particular manner, feel free to ask the waiter and I am sure they would accommodate.

Do not go to this place. Everything is lousy. I ordered fish head curry, only to find out that there is no fish head, only fish tail bone and fin bone. I ask the manager and he said it is their way to do fish head curry. My advise to the restaurant is to rename this item to fish bone curry. I gave it one star for the diet coke.

Restaurant with tradisional chinese style interior design. Food are delicious especially their signature dishes but service need improvement. Prefer to have round table for group gathering.

Dishes are delicious, service is below average, prices are affordable and valuable. No dress code. Very good and authentic decoration.

If your looking for decent burger with affordable price this is it. For me it is the best fast food burger chain in malaysia. Why dine with clown if your can dine with the king? Hehehe

The BBQ burger I had for lunch was absolutely delicious my first day there. I went back that night for lunch and they wouldn't accept my credit card (which I used during the day). I went back the next morning for breakfast at 845am and they were closed but the labeling on the door said they should have been open at 8am. I went somewhere else for breakfast. Again, came back at the same time I did the first day, placed my order and tried to use my card. They had me standing there for about 7 long minutes before telling me they couldn't use my credit card again.
Tables weren't clean when I ate there the first time, lines are always long and go slowly and dining area is always too full.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and six nuggets meal with coke fries and sweet n sour sauce guy told me no sweet n sour so had ketchup guy gave me double cheeseburger six nuggets two cokes three pairs of chips but still satisfied with the meal that's why I gave it three stars
