The hotel's cleanliness was just okay, and the breakfast selection was pretty standard. Although the bathroom was small, it was reasonably well-arranged. There weren't many Asian options for breakfast, but the location was quite good.

The hotel's location right near Jalan Alor is a huge plus, and you can easily walk to popular malls like Pavilion. So, the location is definitely its strong suit. However, the room is a bit on the small side. It feels even more cramped if two people are staying with a large suitcase. All the essential amenities were provided, which was good. The breakfast, though, was pretty average with not much variety. Having stayed at many Holiday Inns in different countries, I'd say the breakfast here is one of the weaker ones.

The facilities are a bit old, and the hairdryer was broken, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, the location is close to the city center, making it convenient to visit the Petronas Towers. There are also some restaurants and a 24-hour McDonald's nearby, which is great for finding food.

The location is great, convenient for getting anywhere. I think the downside is that it's too noisy. I stayed on the 20th floor, and it was incredibly loud at night with a lot of noise, which affected my sleep a bit. We were three people, and there was a sofa bed in the room. Even though it was booked for three, they didn't provide a blanket for the sofa. We asked for a blanket multiple times on the first day but didn't get one. We finally got one after asking several times on the second day.

The first night, my room was too close to the elevator and very noisy, so I didn't get any sleep. I tried to get a refund through Trip.com but it didn't work out. I went to the front desk myself and changed to a room further away from the elevator, which was much quieter. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's easy to walk to the Petronas Towers or Merdeka Square. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of local specialties to choose from. The front desk service was good, very polite and welcoming.

The service was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT7 station. It's in the city center, not far from the Petronas Twin Towers, which you can reach on foot in about 20-30 minutes.

Nice eatery of western dishes and also few local ones, always consistent flavours throughout after so many years in this business, which not many eateries out there manage to keep such a consistency over time. Very satisfying indeed and really worth the money spent dining here.

Food is decent. However, the waiter will keep selling you stuff by asking you to add more wine? sparkling juice? and even some of the food souvenir they had on the bar counter. 3-4 times in an hour. Annoyingly persistent. Plus parking is very limited.
