This time, the room was the best one I've had so far! I really enjoyed my stay. I felt like the quality of the cake had gone down a bit, but I'd still love to stay here again next time.

This is an older hotel. You'll need to bring your own universal adapter. It's just over 100 meters to the Petronas Twin Towers on foot. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's very convenient for attractions and the subway. Chinatown is also within walking distance.

It's a bit of a distance from the Petronas Towers, but unlike other hotels, they didn't hike up prices for New Year's Eve. The lobby is very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel's location is quite peaceful, right next to the St. Regis residences.

The biggest issue is that it's a bit old and dated. The lobby isn't great either. And for breakfast, I queued for 20 minutes at 10 AM... it was quite frustrating. I probably won't be coming back. A St. Regis shouldn't be at this standard.

I asked room service to change it to a memory pillow, but it seems they forgot.

For a special trip to KL, Hotel Stripes delivers on every front. I will definitely be back.

The room was very clean, and the hotel's exterior was beautiful! It's right in the city center, and you can see the KL Tower from the top floor, which is a big plus! The only thing that needs improvement is breakfast. I wish they had some fried noodles; it was mostly Western and local dishes. The gym is good, and the rooftop bar on Saturdays with happy hour is a great deal!

The way to parking is a bit complicated but the parking fee is RM10 per stay (it is cheap compare to other hotels). Parking lot is spacious. The valet/security are very polite and always greeting us every day. The room is spacious but we did not get the capsule coffee on our second night. Perhaps now is low season so we were few of the Asian customers, all other guests were from oversea. Quite interesting...

Great NYE countdown experience from Ascott KL. We could see the KL tower fireworks from pool area. However the KLCC fireworks was slightly obstructed from the pool area. Our Christmas staycation was excellent. We specifically selected this accommodation due to its close proximity to KLCC, which facilitated our Christmas shopping endeavors. The convenience of walking to our destination eliminated the need for driving. Furthermore, the room itself was both spacious and impeccably clean.

I booked the room around 2 AM, but the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff had zero smiles the whole time. I'd booked a king-size bed, but they told me only a twin room was available. It took over two hours of back-and-forth just to check in. Ctrip's customer service was quick to respond and offered compensation, but honestly, the whole experience was really bad.

Fantastic location close to LRT and MRT stations. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was expansive, modernly furnished and stunning city views. Pool is amazing, again with wonderful city views, especially at night. Only criticism is that this place is so busy with only a small number of lifts so you often had long wait times but a minor inconvenience given how lovely the rest of the complex is.
