This time, the room was the best one I've had so far! I really enjoyed my stay. I felt like the quality of the cake had gone down a bit, but I'd still love to stay here again next time.

Really enjoyed my stay here - most importantly because it is at a strategic location in the heart of KL but very peaceful and serene. Service was good too with turndown & bubble bath services provided. Will be back! :)

The hotel didn't note down the request which I personally called up(forgot to take down the person name) just to make sure all is followed up and I wrote down on the remarks collum when I made the booking again just to make sure.
Firstly I need to wait for like 30mins even when we already came quite late at 5pm. We've been told the room is not ready. Only 1 room is ready but unfortunately we received the wrong room as we booked king bed but was given twin bed.

I personally called just to ensure to have the particular room a connecting room(twin+king) only then I will book an extra room as initial plan was to only have 1 room probably make do with the bed or add additional bed. Since I already called up and they ensure all is been taken care of that's why we decided to place the booking unfortunately we didn't receive that as been told firstly fully booked. It's for 3 nights, if we're to know about this much earlier we would have not wasted the money to have make the extra room booking. On their end they didn't have a proper communication or even probably didn't record the remarks when I made the call as they are not aware when we told them about this.
We got no choice but to just make do with the rooms. Not that we got a choice to refund or given any other options.
On the other hand , they helped to decorate the room as my daughter just got married. The deco was done in the evening after we checked in and left the room only got the surprised when we're back.( This was supposed to plan or arrange during check in but they're not aware)
Another to note that, our rooms they didn't give us bottle water to consume. Although there's filter tap on the bathroom but we didn't receive any bottle water. Already disappointed with the service especially it's our first time here.

The Hott is modern and well maintained. I like the oasis pool and I was given early check in and express check out. Breakfast St s is good has real honey comb .

We arrived at 3:20pm and the room is not ready yet, we need to sit at the lobby and wait for around 30 minutes. Car parking needs to pay RM10 per entry. Breakfast not much choice, but the pastries section are delicious.

Pleasant and relaxing stay. Comfortable bed and quilt. Had a good night sleep.
Some staff are friendly and some weren’t.
Parking needs to pay and there is a flat rate.
Walking distance to 2 malls nearby (however the malls look quiet and empty).
Hopefully there is an improvement on Breakfast choice as it is limited and not that great if compared to other 5 stars hotels out there.

The service was excellent and the environment was very clean. The only downside is that the parking entrance is a bit narrow.

Great service, clean room. Great amenities. Hotel is directly across from Pavilion Damansara (which is linked to the MRT).
