The room is very spacious, and the bed is absolutely huge, easily accommodating two adults and a child. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast was also good, offering excellent value for money.

The location is definitely quite convenient, with two subway lines intersecting nearby. It's not far from KLCC Park. Booking early gave me a good value for money. The breakfast was just so-so. The pool was under maintenance during my stay, but I was able to use the one at Pullman.

True to its renowned brand, this hotel thoroughly impressed me with its environment, facilities, service, and breakfast. It's also just a ten-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. Since I booked in advance, the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very close to the city center, and the breakfast was great. The staff were okay, pretty standard. The facilities are a bit old but still acceptable. The Petronas Towers are just a five-minute walk away, you can get there on foot! And the water in the fridge was super cold.

Excellent location within 10 minutes walk to Petronas Tower. Large rooms with full amenities. Friendly and attentive staff. Good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

I booked the room around 2 AM, but the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff had zero smiles the whole time. I'd booked a king-size bed, but they told me only a twin room was available. It took over two hours of back-and-forth just to check in. Ctrip's customer service was quick to respond and offered compensation, but honestly, the whole experience was really bad.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was perfect for families, being comfortable and large enough. The bathroom was also a good size. However, it's a shame there was no body lotion. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly, greeting us whenever we came and went. The only downside was the noisy 'speedsters' at night; if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend a room facing the street. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of dishes, including many local specialties. I highly recommend the Indian paratha and the noodles. They also have freshly ground coffee available for takeout. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Facilities: The hotel's decor is a bit dated, and I felt the soundproofing wasn't great. Around 1 or 2 AM, the sound of motorcycles rumbling outside the window was incredibly loud! I could hear it clearly even on the 22nd floor.
Service: The staff were quite friendly and welcoming, actively greeting guests and helping with luggage. A pleasant experience overall.

Stayed in intercontinental KL for 5 nights. Beautiful hotel very near to pteronas, just 5 mins Walking distance. The reception staff is warm, friendly n welcoming. They accommodated us early check-in after long 8 hours flight. The in room service was quick. The room was clean n nice. About the restraunt, the breakfast was wide and tasty with lots of options. The staff at the reatraunat was so good, welcoming always looking after your needs

This is our second stay at the Intercontinental, and the hygiene is exceptional. The bed is a massive 2.44 meters, easily big enough for a family of three. The staff are also very warm and attentive! A truly recommendable hotel. The breakfast is excellent too.

Clay pot fish head bee hoon tastes good - rm7.50 is reasonable for this place. Lots of other Chinese rice and noodle dishes - prices ranging within rm10. The only thing is the old ladies serving here are cranky - I felt like being in a different timezone.

Cheap by KL standards, tastes quite decent too, and the food are served very quick and hardly misses an order

How can a small amount of staff serve a full restaurant? The manager of this place needs to get fired. Nobody even said a word to me for the first 20 mins. Had to seat my self. Get my own menu. A customer started to get all the silverware himself and handing it out. He brought me a napkin. If you're reading this thanks man! Dirty tables. Cant blame the staff because they are clearly overwhelmed. Ridiculous!!!!

Don't go here for your office lunch break!
Very bad and extremely slow service. But to be fair I think it's because the place is seriously understaffed. It will take you a good wait before you can be seated, receive the menu, have someone come take your order and for your food to arrive (in the right order). What do I mean by "in the right order" ? I ordered a pizza, soup and drink. The pizza came first and then 15 minutes later the soup (appetizer) and drink comes.
Maybe this was an isolated incident but it was a good enough experience for me to never go back there and to not recommend it to others, which is what I'm doing right now :) .
