Beautiful hotel. We had a 15th floor Junior suite

Hotel Majestic Kuala Lumpur is truly a charming place to stay. One of its biggest highlights is the convenient location, with easy access from KTM Kuala Lumpur and just around an 8-minute walk from MRT Muzium Negara. It is also within walking distance to Muzium Negara, making it perfect for both leisure and short city trips.
I especially loved the ambience of the hi-tea lounge, which was elegant, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. My room was comfortable and came with a large bathroom, plus a lovely view of KL that made the stay even more enjoyable. It was a memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The room was well-equipped with amenities like a coffee machine and tea bags, and the environment was pleasant. Throughout my stay, the service was consistently friendly and turn-down service was provided. It's within walking distance of attractions like the National Mosque, museums, and the Old Railway Station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The staff provided good service, but I felt the cleaner wasn't doing their job thoroughly. After complaining to the lobby manager, they promptly resolved the issue by moving me to a different room.

I stayed in the new building, and the room facilities were decent. The front desk and concierge staff provided excellent service, and there was a good variety of breakfast options. The tearoom in the old building has a wonderful old-world charm, perfect for photos, and evokes a nostalgic 'Nanyang Old Dream' vibe. The hotel is very close to the National Mosque and the Islamic Arts Museum, both within walking distance. The free shuttle service to KL Sentral is a great perk, and from there, a bus to the airport only costs 16 Malaysian Ringgit.

Always a great time coming back here; it is my go to place in KL. the staff are friendly & they remember you; they’re polite & very helpful! I love coming back every time! Not to mention the room is spacious, the bathtub is great, the showers are good & the bed!

The Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, much like The Fullerton Hotel Sydney (originally the General Post Office), features both a new and an old building, and both are located in the absolute heart of their respective cities! Unfortunately, the old building doesn't allow extra beds, so we had to stay in the new building. Nevertheless, the cultural experience was great!

Great hotel. Clean, spacious and well equipped room. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The room and overall hotel interior decor is luxurious and beautifully designed. The daily breakfast and buffet dinner at Contango was amazing. Great variety of food and delicious. Special shout out to service staff Asad for his attentiveness during our dinner. There is no nearby convenient store. Would recommend if the minibar could be made complimentary.

The service was really good. The front desk staff saw that I didn't have Malaysian Ringgit and my credit card wasn't working, so they waived the deposit.

Very good, it turns out to be a Marriott hotel. The view of the train station outside is beautiful, and the room is spacious with excellent service. Much better service than Indigo.
