I enjoyed my stay. It's clean, and the staff were very helpful. They've maintained well enough. Internet was super fast. Good TV. Netflix was provided. However, the vending machine didn't work at all. Without carrying the access card to the vendor machine will be like an episode of Mr. Bean (don't watch my footage), because it's behind the car park gate, which closes automatically.

I've booked this place multiple times, and it's always my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Kuala Lumpur. The environment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores just a few minutes' walk away, and getting a taxi is super easy. This is the only apartment I'll stay at when I come to KL.

Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Very roomy and comfortable to stay.

Decent hotel for a budget stay. Raihan was super helpful. Rooms were fairly clean but the hot water didn’t work. Overall, if I needed a quick budget room in this part of town I wouldn’t mind coming back, but maybe I’d be inclined to spend more and pick a different location next time.

The place is close to KL Sentral. Make sure that you bring all your own stuff , such as towel and so on. The hotel does not provide this kind of thing. If you want it, you need to pay extra for it.
