Great Location right in the centre of Bukit Bintang. Room is cosy and clean however there no bathroom door and counter space for toiletries. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous.

The hotel is a bit old, with somewhat dated facilities, but it was reasonably clean. The service was quite good. There's a massage parlor and a Thai restaurant conveniently located downstairs. Very huge room with kitchen and working area. Location is close to KL Sentral Bed is huge and comfortable. We got lost trying to walk from KL Sentral to hotel but ask around and found out need to walk to back of Nu Sentral turn right and easily walk to hotel

This is my favorite place to stay.. it truly feels like home. I love that all the basic necessities are thoughtfully provided, and the overall quality is excellent. Ascott consistently has the most comfortable beds compared to all the hotels I’ve tried. The location is great, with plenty of food options nearby. To LRT station will take approx. 10 mins.

The room was nice and spacious, and the location is excellent. However, I was disappointed by a few issues: The hot water wasn’t working. I reported it, but the next day it remained unresolved, so I ended up showering with lukewarm water, which was a major letdown. The hallways smelled dusty. The ground-floor staff were not very helpful and came across as cold when I asked questions.

Staff were excellent. Location is very convenient, about a 15 minute walk to the Pavillion. The apartment is clean and spacious. Any questions or queries we had the staff dealt with promptly. It's a bit of a distance from the Petronas Towers, but unlike other hotels, they didn't hike up prices for New Year's Eve. The lobby is very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel's location is quite peaceful, right next to the St. Regis residences.

The biggest issue is that it's a bit old and dated. The lobby isn't great either. And for breakfast, I queued for 20 minutes at 10 AM... it was quite frustrating. I probably won't be coming back. A St. Regis shouldn't be at this standard.

I asked room service to change it to a memory pillow, but it seems they forgot.

This property is extremely far from City Center, old and worn.. I've reserved better hotels for less. I found enough hair on the floor to make a wig let. The refrigerator froze my vegetables so no salad. A couple of high notes: the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the staff were helpful and very kind.

Well located hotel, short walking distance to KL Central for transport. Hotel staff were very helpful and the room's were spotless. There's a nice rooftop terrace with comfortable sofas, lounges a large TV table seating and a small gym with changing room. The restaurant wasn't open whilst we were there, we were given a voucher for breakfast at the ABC Caffe just round the corner from the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. While the rooms are generally clean, I had no window at all. I could also hear lots of noise from other guests or staff speaking in their rooms and the hallways, from the water pipes in the ceiling and from the old and loud air conditioning system. This is a rather old service apartment, we got a 2+1 study bedder. The location is not exactly fantastic, need a car for most places, otherwise, just be prepared to walk. The rooms are simple and basic, quite dated. Facilities are reasonable, the sheltered pool is fantastic, water is clean and gym is decent. The breakfast is ala carte, not quite nice but doable.

The air-cond in my room is not functioning even though a complaint has been made but still no action was taken by the hotel. The jazuzzi is broken. I asked for the hotel staff to switch on the jazuzzi but instead she switched on the sauna.

The room is very spacious, and the bed is absolutely huge, easily accommodating two adults and a child. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast was also good, offering excellent value for money.

The location is definitely quite convenient, with two subway lines intersecting nearby. It's not far from KLCC Park. Booking early gave me a good value for money. The breakfast was just so-so. The pool was under maintenance during my stay, but I was able to use the one at Pullman.

Very close to the city center, and the breakfast was great. The staff were okay, pretty standard. The facilities are a bit old but still acceptable. The Petronas Towers are just a five-minute walk away, you can get there on foot! And the water in the fridge was super cold.

I booked the room around 2 AM, but the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff had zero smiles the whole time. I'd booked a king-size bed, but they told me only a twin room was available. It took over two hours of back-and-forth just to check in. Ctrip's customer service was quick to respond and offered compensation, but honestly, the whole experience was really bad.

Location was great as it was very near to KL sentral. Our room was okay and spacious, but during our stay the room was recently painted so the smell of the paint was still very strong and quite unplesant. 

Location is perfect, just walk straight from bus drop off point in the KL sentral. Actually staff is nice, but after tiring journey, we'd like to have clear information and details direction (as we need to go to another building), we have to walk back again, and ask again in the middle of night. Room is not soundproof, we can hear people walk very clear.

The room was very small, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear chairs being moved and things being dragged around in other rooms all night, so I didn't get any sleep. The hygiene was okay though.
