We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the location was strategic—close to key attractions and convenient for exploring the city.
What truly stood out was the front desk team, who were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Miss Josephine, who was exceptionally helpful during our check-in. It happened to be a local celebration...
Had such a great stay at ANSA Hotel KL. It’s super affordable and honestly the best location everything is right around you. Just 2 minutes to the station, about 3 minutes walk to Pavilion, and surrounded by food spots and markets, so you barely even need public transport. The Twin Towers are also just a 10–15 minute walk away.
My room had a street view overlooking Pavilion and KL Tower, which was...
So far location the best for this hotel.
Great Location right in the centre of Bukit Bintang. Room is cosy and clean however there no bathroom door and counter space for toiletries. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous.
Pros - Location at Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10, TRX & Fehrenheit. My room facing to Bukit Bintang road hence late night can be noisy from supercars sound.
Cons - Separate toilet & shower area.
everything is very good, the location is very strategic, I will come back again soon❤️

was attended the Bamboo Hill event so location is perfect just this hotel need to up keep. However, is worth it what you pay
Nice place to stay but need some improvement in term of facility
Need to upgrade amenities, at least WIFI and TV
It's located in a residential area, so dining and transportation are quite convenient. The only thing is, the building is a bit old.
Nice hotel. Look a little bit gloomy from outside, but nice inside. The customer service at the counter very helpful. The valet parking worker also very nice to offer guidance. Location of hotel just in front of pump station, so anything to buy so easy.
The hotel is a bit old, with somewhat dated facilities, but it was reasonably clean. The service was quite good. There's a massage parlor and a Thai restaurant conveniently located downstairs. Its location is also very convenient for getting around. I stayed for three consecutive nights, and considering the price, it offered pretty good value.

Very huge room with kitchen and working area. Location is close to KL Sentral
Bed is huge and comfortable. We got lost trying to walk from KL Sentral to hotel but ask around and found out need to walk to back of Nu Sentral turn right and easily walk to hotel
I have stayed here before so I found they still maintains their high level of proffessional services from the check in counter, housekeeping and many more.
Conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping complexs
This hotel is my choice for my business trips to KL
This is my favorite place to stay.. it truly feels like home. I love that all the basic necessities are thoughtfully provided, and the overall quality is excellent. Ascott consistently has the most comfortable beds compared to all the hotels I’ve tried.
The location is great, with plenty of food options nearby. To LRT station will take approx. 10 mins.
It has been a pleasant stay here in Ascott. Wonderful service from the staff. The room was huge! It was very clean. Location was good too, near KL Sentral station. However, the breakfast was quite sad. Very few options. Nonetheless, it was good overall. Thanks
Great stay and service
Very clean. Location is central and close MTR
Area is more like Little India community less Chinese restaurants
Close to Nu Sentral Mall
We’re there for the New Year’s Eve. Check-in was smooth but one of the room cards wasn’t working to power the room. And we had to change it at the reception. However, the receptionist first gave a rather ironic response to say the room card was working. If it’s working, why would we wanted to make a change? The room was spacious with great amenities for bathroom and kitchen. The couch was too soft...

Overall service assisted by Ms. Sharon & Mr. Faiz during our stay at Banyan Tree Signature was very pleasant . Both of them are very friendly and we feel very welcoming . We arrived at 12pm, and was arranged for early check in as our rooms are vacant. Rooms are clean and perfect location 👍🏻 Only thing is the bed not firm enough which can’t support the body and cause body aches.
Awesome experience with service and room here. Good location with lots of good food, cafe and shopping. Will rerun again.
Like to compliment Lia for her excellence customer services. She is definitely an asset to the organization.
Excellent stay, very satisfied. I'll definitely be back. The price was reasonable, facilities were complete, and it was clean and hygienic. The environment was great, and the service was excellent. I'd absolutely stay here again if I have the chance.
The room was nice and spacious, and the location is excellent. However, I was disappointed by a few issues:
The hot water wasn’t working. I reported it, but the next day it remained unresolved, so I ended up showering with lukewarm water, which was a major letdown.
The hallways smelled dusty.
The ground-floor staff were not very helpful and came across as cold when I asked questions.
What a nice stay! Washroom is big and clean

Staff were excellent. Location is very convenient, about a 15 minute walk to the Pavillion. The apartment is clean and spacious. Any questions or queries we had the staff dealt with promptly. The breakfast was simple but freshly prepared. This is our 3rd stay here and we will definitely book again.

Great location and spacious rooms! Staffs were friendly and it was good deal for the price. The only suggestion I have is that the wall is not very soundproof. You could hear the noise (people talking, music etc) from the unit above .
The rooms are well-equipped, the service is attentive, and the environment is beautiful.
Returned to stay again! Cleanliness and service is consistent, nothing for me to fault. Will book my stay with Lanson Place again!
This is the hotel I fell in love with when I first came to Kuala Lumpur ten years ago. Ten years later, everything about it is still perfect, like a home away from home.

The St. Regis Suite offers an experience of ultimate luxury and comfort. The room is spacious with elegant and grand decor. Spacious and elegantly furnished suites and large windows. The suites feature walk-in wardrobes, a private spa room, expansive bathrooms, and well-designed living areas. The breakfast experience is outstanding, offering delicious, high-quality cuisine with an excellent variety that truly elevates the stay 🤍
Im so happy stay in st regis, thank you all staff
It's a bit of a distance from the Petronas Towers, but unlike other hotels, they didn't hike up prices for New Year's Eve. The lobby is very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel's location is quite peaceful, right next to the St. Regis residences.
The biggest issue is that it's a bit old and dated. The lobby isn't great either. And for breakfast, I queued for 20 minutes at 10 AM... it was quite frustrating. I probably won't be coming back. A St. Regis shouldn't be at this standard.
I asked room service to change it to a memory pillow, but it seems they forgot.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. Transportation links nearby are also great.

The only downside is that parking spaces are a bit tight.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very affordable. It has good parking spaces, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. Plus, it's right across from the train station, which is super convenient for getting around.
This property is extremely far from City Center, old and worn.. I've reserved better hotels for less. I found enough hair on the floor to make a wig let. The refrigerator froze my vegetables so no salad. A couple of high notes: the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the staff were helpful and very kind.
I had a great time staying at this excellent hotel. Fabulous 👌
It's a strategic place for customer who wants short stay. Receptionist responded well because my booking was late check-in. The aircond is cold enough for me. And they had water heater and fridge as well. Just the room is not sound proof. Can hear people spoke outside the corridor.

Love the hotel's location and is quite a comfortable stay as well for a budget hotel. Staff is just alright in service nothing to rave about, but overall I will stay here again for sure.
After reading many negative Google reviews, I was honestly hesitant to book this hotel. I expected poor service, but my experience was completely the opposite.

This hotel offers great value for money. It’s clean and provides all the basic amenities an average traveler needs. The location is convenient and close to many attractions in Kuala Lumpur
Attended an office function here. The interior and ambience of the lobby was good and clean. The event space and toilets was also clean and pleasant.
Can't comment on the rooms as I didn't stay here. But I'm sure it would be similarly well maintained.
We book two rooms and stay 6 nights in this hotel. Rooms are quite small but value for money. Front office staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean. Located in good place and our room view is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay at Signature....
Attended n Indian wedding at their hall. Okay for small crowd but bathrooms are very compact not easy to get in and get out while dressed up in traditional wear.

My stay at Easy Hotel was great. The hotel is conveniently located near Nu Sentral, making dining and shopping incredibly easy, with all essential amenities close by. It's also within walking distance of KL Sentral station, offering excellent connectivity to the Airport Express and various public transport options. Overall, it's good value for money, perfect for short stays or layovers. Highly recommended
Very convenient to KL Sentral Trajn station.
It’s a very kids friendly hotel , the staff really loves kids! The housekeepers always playing with my Daughter, it’s gives us a very home atmosphere! Looking forward to stay once again! Also very nice location , next to train station!
Good location within walking distance from KL central. Perfect for one night stay when arriving late at KL central. It was Deepavalo weekend during my stay, hence many shops open until midnight. Vibrant area and good transportation connection. Do ask for a room that is not directly next to the MRT station, otherwise you will start heating the PA announcement when the MRT service starts at 6am.

The hotel upgrade my room for FOC due to some issue arise before check in. I’m very happy with the service. Overall, it is a pleasant stay. Thank you.
Tiny windowless rooms and compact bathroom.
Good value for money.
Handy to mall/restaurants/transport.
Nice roof top area and gym.
Corridors are noisy, other occupants can keep you awake.
Reception service is 24hrs and excellent
Near to nu sentral. Which connected directly to nu sentral & kl sentral make your traveller easier !
Well located hotel, short walking distance to KL Central for transport. Hotel staff were very helpful and the room's were spotless.
There's a nice rooftop terrace with comfortable sofas, lounges a large TV table seating and a small gym with changing room.
The restaurant wasn't open whilst we were there, we were given a voucher for breakfast at the ABC Caffe just round the corner from the hotel.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all. While the rooms are generally clean, I had no window at all. I could also hear lots of noise from other guests or staff speaking in their rooms and the hallways, from the water pipes in the ceiling and from the old and loud air conditioning system.
KL is definitely worth visiting though! Lots to see and do there!

This is a rather old service apartment, we got a 2+1 study bedder. The location is not exactly fantastic, need a car for most places, otherwise, just be prepared to walk. The rooms are simple and basic, quite dated. Facilities are reasonable, the sheltered pool is fantastic, water is clean and gym is decent. The breakfast is ala carte, not quite nice but doable.
The air-cond in my room is not functioning even though a complaint has been made but still no action was taken by the hotel. The jazuzzi is broken. I asked for the hotel staff to switch on the jazuzzi but instead she switched on the sauna.

The hotel's location and service were great, but the room layout and size were terrible, and the cleanliness wasn't good either. However, communication with the staff was excellent; they were very proactive in resolving any issues.
Great location, spacious room and toilet, a shared water dispenser right at the lift lobby is so convenient. Adequate cleanliness and pretty tidy but not perfect tho for a large room there is no mini bar fridge as I've been to a more budget hotel around the same area with a fridge and microwave too. Housekeeping staff friendly & did a great job. Hotel Manager, Kak Anne did a fantastic job on changing a better room. I recommend this place for budget & good location area. Carpark you can park in the yellow box in public space. Don’t park in the empty space, costly.
Worth the price, pls don't have high expectations. The reviews on here are true to reality.
What I like about this hotel is the strategic location, the female receptionist (not an Indian woman) is friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage at check out
The staff is standard. The blanket, bed, bedsheet, pillows etc are so smelly. The TV wasn't in good performance. The air conditioner seems old and didn't function very well. The hot water was good. The toilet didn't suit right handed person. The mini refrigerator and wardrobe were OK. The wall wasn't soundproof.
Budget hotel within the good location of Kuala Lumpur. Recommended for backpacker.

The room is very spacious, and the bed is absolutely huge, easily accommodating two adults and a child. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast was also good, offering excellent value for money.
The location is definitely quite convenient, with two subway lines intersecting nearby. It's not far from KLCC Park. Booking early gave me a good value for money. The breakfast was just so-so. The pool was under maintenance during my stay, but I was able to use the one at Pullman.
True to its renowned brand, this hotel thoroughly impressed me with its environment, facilities, service, and breakfast. It's also just a ten-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. Since I booked in advance, the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel!
Very close to the city center, and the breakfast was great. The staff were okay, pretty standard. The facilities are a bit old but still acceptable. The Petronas Towers are just a five-minute walk away, you can get there on foot! And the water in the fridge was super cold.
Excellent location within 10 minutes walk to Petronas Tower. Large rooms with full amenities. Friendly and attentive staff. Good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.
I booked the room around 2 AM, but the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff had zero smiles the whole time. I'd booked a king-size bed, but they told me only a twin room was available. Me and husband many time booking this hotel staying here and still loving it! 🏨 Great location, super friendly staff - especially the housekeeping team always greeting with a smile. Definitely a repeat spot! 😊
Location was great as it was very near to KL sentral. Our room was okay and spacious, but during our stay the room was recently painted so the smell of the paint was still very strong and quite unplesant.
Location is perfect, just walk straight from bus drop off point in the KL sentral.
Actually staff is nice, but after tiring journey, we'd like to have clear information and details direction (as we need to go to another building), we have to walk back again, and ask again in the middle of night. Room is not soundproof, we can hear people walk very clear.
The room was very small, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear chairs being moved and things being dragged around in other rooms all night, so I didn't get any sleep. The hygiene was okay though.
Convenient location, situated close to Nu Sentral for easy access to transport. Bottled water was nice to have. While the basic amenities were satisfactory, a slight musty smell was noticeable in the room.
